More than I need yet not enough

I was trying to get a printer that would print envelopes without taking the paper out of the paper tray...thought this would do it. Not quite. I work at home as a volunteer for a couple of non-profits and do a LOT of letters at a time, and it's a pain to have to change the setting all the time. On the other hand, it is fast (except when printing an Excel sheet) so it's a bit of a trade-off. I tried the Copy/Scan feature...not satisfactory resolution. Will keep using my separate scanner. Don't need or use the FAX feature or the Wireless feature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smart printer

This is a nice printer and has several smart features. It was very easy to setup and install the software. Very convenient to print with the wireless feature. Overall, I'm happy with this printer.

New printer

I was apprehensive after reading the reviews. I was looking for a auto 2 sided copier so I took a chance and got it. It is to new to review but I must say it was fairly simple to set up using the USB and the install disk. Replacing the ink cartridge's is a lot easier than with my old WF-630 machine. I will let you know in the future how it works out.

2nd printer, in 3 months

This is my second printer, same model. Your 1 year replacement policy saved a very unfavorable review. bought 12/23/2015. Broke 3/8/2016, not good Thank you for sending me a new replacement so quickly. less than a week. So far it is working okay

Installation Instructions

The installation instructions were very confusing. Step 6 starts out with be "printer is not connected." There were no instruction before or after that on how to connect printer - so how did it get connected. Perhaps a statement like "If you have connected the printer please disconnect it." would be clearer. Also it might useful to say were to locate the printer model name since the directions are for two models of printers. This is needed in step 6 part 2. Thanks - hope this will help. Bill

Easy & fast

when I installed the WF-2660, i was amazed to see how fast it went together! I was disappointed with the color print quality, the yellow color was not up to par. I cleaned the printhead, and it did the trick. Much faster print than my old HP all in one. happy I brought the Epson WF-2660, and the price was right.
