I bought an Epson WF2660 on clearance sale today and found out that it was only compatible with Windows 8 and below. I have a Windows 10, so I called up tech support at Epson, and Jennifer sent me an e-mail that allowed me to get my printer set up with a wireless connection. This connection is something my wife and I have needed for a couple of years. We are tired of having to carry our laptop into the bedroom, hook up the USB cable, and print. Now we can send to the printer from the living room where we do most of our email.
It's great to be part of the second decade of the 21st Century at last! Thank you, Epson, for the bargain.

I had a Epson XP-400 for the past 2 years and suddenly it stopped printing with black ink. This Printer (Epson WF-2660) cost as much as a replacement set of ink cartridges so I bought a new printer. The set-up is very easy and fast and I hope to get many years from this printer.

Great product. I have never had any issues using this printer. It is very easy to use and to understand; I like the fact that I can use it wirelessly instead of always having to plug it into the printer directly. Great job and the printing quality is top notch.

I have had this printer for only one week but so far I am very satisfied with its performance. It is fairly fast at printing, especially black and white. The installation went very well. I still have a lot to learn about all the features.

Be Prepared for Headaches

I had an Epson printer before I decided to upgrade to something a little nicer, so I thought. The first one I bought was damaged and would not recognize the ink cartridges, so I had to return it. I exchanged it for another one, knowing that these things do happen. The next one would not complete the self initialization. It got stuck in a continuous loop. Even after I followed the guide and unplugged it over night, it still didn't work. I returned it and exchanged for another one. Now I am on my third one. It self initialized fine, however it wont work sync with my computer or network. I have followed the guide, looked on the tech support website, and tried uninstall and reinstall. I am going to call tech support and see if they have addition troubleshooting beside what was provided. I am sticking it out for now because my past experience with Epson has been good. However, if this third one does not work I will be switching to another brand. I have already made too many trips back and forth to exchange this printer and spent too many hours trying to get it to work. If you are looking for a plug and go printer, from my experience, I would not buy this one because of the amount of trouble I have had. But, if I can fix the bugs and all the options work as advertised, it would be a good printer for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
