Great and Reliable Printr

This printer was ordered for use in our ministry for staff use during our many services. It was chosen because we have one for our home office that is a different model, but of the same WF family. It is easy to setup and connects quickly to all of our PC's and mobile devices. I highly recommend this printer for daily use for all types of printing.

The WF-2660 is a great printer.

I have been using an Epson WorkForce WF-2660 for about a half of a year now. It has proven to be one of the best printers I have ever had. With features like double sided prints it really saves money on paper. It has many of the features of a professional printer such as 2 sheet storage trays for paper, ability to copy both sides a sheet of paper and print both sides automatically. I highly recommend this printer and all of Epson's products.

Everyone knows printers are a major cause of hassle and anxiety.
NOT THE CASE with Epson!
For my other Epson printer I had the need to get support help and the walk thru was excellent and resolved my issue.
No hassle, competent and quick and thats why I have recommended to others and have purchased another.

Epson keeps getting better

I would have kept my old work force but it was damaged by a cable guy. This one works smoothly and is easer to use. Very happy with this printer.

A great all in one-when it works.

I purchased this printer just over a month ago. The set up was easy, I had it networked and printing in a short time. The first two weeks it worked fine. All of a sudden, I had missing lines in my printouts. I followed all the suggestions to correct this-wasting a lot of ink in cleaning and aligning the print heads, to no avail. I will be contacting Epson, shortly to see what can be done to fix this problem. Otherwise, it has all the features I need and want.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy Instal

I am completely inapt when it comes to technology but you made it possible to install my printer with no problems. It took me a day to get up the nerve to try to install this computer and the process went surprisingly smooth. Thanks for making this a positive experience.
