Printer on a Budget

If a person is on a tight budget, then I would recommend to buy this printer. Otherwise, if you want a high quality printer, then spend a little more money and get a higher priced model. I think this printer is worth the money, but I regret not buying a better model. The instructions are not well written either. It was difficult to get to the point to install the ink cartridges.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This printer seems to be well made, was very easy to set up, and prints nice crisp clear text and images. The features on it are just what I need. (except for the fax, which I don't need). Time will tell how reliable it is. I give it 4 stars for design, features, and price. Would give it 5 stars, but don't know how reliable it is yet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Printer Ink

This printer uses too much ink. I'm currently averaging one black 220XL toner cartridge a month.
My old printer used one toner cartridge a year. However, the old printer was 11 years old when I stopped using it. I don't feel that I'm printing that much. I plan to keep a count of how many copies I get from the next cartridge. Also you don't want this model if you print pictures on your printer.

The material I got with the purchase is fine for setting up, but very minimal for trouble shooting or figuring out how to use features.
I'm used to a User's Manual that goes into detail about the product and all the regular and special features of the machine.
So far the printing works fine: a bit noisy and slow to begin printing but excellent quality of print.

This is a 3-in-one printer. I will be using it mostly for printing. I purchased the displayed item at reduced price. The printer was quick and easy to install. We'll see how the quality will be like.

Too Technical

I bought Epson printer because of previous experience. This printer is difficult to use because for non-technical person as I am, there is too many "settings" and technical features I don't need for plain printing of documents and family photos.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Product

Set up was quick, most of it was self explanatory and when I got lost I just went to the user guide. Nothing to hard for a regular person out there. And it being wifi not a bad deal. Great product highly recommend.

Eazy Breezy. Install was simple and easy. No problems at all. Great print quality in initial prints.
Don't understand how others had trouble. It is very easy if you follow the instructions
