Great customer service

I had difficulty setting up my device, not because it was hard, but because I was hurting and tired the day I tried. I contacted Epson by email and they directed me to call them. I did so on a day when I was feeling well and they had me set up to print on all my devices in no time flat. Had I read all the paperwork that came with my device I wouldn't have had to call them but they never pointed out my ignorance. Love my printer. Thank you for creating a product that works with my laptop, phone, tablet, etc.

this printer has been very user friendly and the ink is nice that you can buy long lasting cartridges . I am not very experienced with printers but have found this printer has every option we need to run our business smoothly. We had a WF-545 but happy we upgraded. So far seems to be well worth it.Pictures print wonderful.

Good Buy!

The printer has been running for a few months now and performs very well. I'm a satisfied customer for sure. Images are clear - sharp and scanner works very well. I have not tried putting the printer "on the air" because it is located on my desk and a simple wire connection is all that I need for now. Soon, I may change that for my laptop to print via WIFI. There are many, many options and features in this printer. Amazing! 'Love the double sided printing.
The printed instructions are minimal, but with a little patience, you can get it going just fine. Be sure you remove all the shipping "ties" including the one inside the printer holding the ink carriage.The human interface is tricky to interpret at times, but again with a little thought and patience, you're home free.

First one bad, second one good

REALLY was unhappy that my first one didn't work at all and I had to wait 5-7 days to get a new one. Second one seems to work fine.

Ink, somewhat costly but you can't beat the finished product. Copies are as revealing as originals. A worth while investment if you're in the market for a new or a second printer. Cost is reasonable.

Improvement of enclosed instructions for set-up

I had a tough time getting any help to set up the printer. The enclosed instructions are minimal and do not help in setting up all of the functions. I think that it will be very helpful and make me more productive.

Typical Epson

This is the second Epson printer I've owned. This one was even easier to get it working. I went to the Epson web page for the drivers as my laptop doesn't have a DVD player. It worked on the first test and has never failed since. A little noisy during printing, but a solid unit.. Love it!!
