Almost a Perfect Mouse
on March 4, 2008

Don't let them fool you - this is not a ergonomical mouse.
What's great about it: Perfect size for everyday and cary-around. The page flip function is very nice if you often have more than more document open. The pointer is fast and precise. Quite a good looking mouse.
What's not so great: The big dip where your thumb rests is a total design disaster. I didn't realize my thumb was bent more than necessary untill my hand hurt at the base of the thumb. The button programe choices are limited; I wish the thumb buttons could be progamed for double-click. The grey color is somewhat bluish instead of nuetral. Also it's a bit pricy.

The ease of use

If you are considering a new mouse look no further this is the one you need. And with the ease of online ordering what more could you ask for.
What's great about it: I really enjoy everything about it from the ability to store it all in one to the ease of scrolling. Setup took only a minute and I was up and running. Also being able to change the way the buttons can be customized to any user for their preferences. I would recommend this to everyone with a notebook or even a PC this is the must have mouse.

What's great about it: This product is incredible. As a "non-tech" person I had reservatons about installing it and using it. It was so easy and makes my life on the computer better every day.

I love, love, love this mouse!

A great mouse; well worth the price. I totally love it. Would definitely buy it again.
What's great about it: I love the indent where the thumb goes, as well as the soft padding it has there. It's the most comfortable mouse I've ever had. (This is a full-size mouse, which I prefer -- same size as most mice, but not too big, like a gaming mouse, or too small, like a portable mouse.) I love its features, such as easily-accessed Back and Forward buttons on the side; one-click search; zoom control on top; and horizontal scrolling. Buttons can also be programmed for various functions, even being one function within a particular program, and a different function in all other programs. The scroll wheel feels nice, and has a good click (not too hard or too easy), and can be placed in a mode where it spins freely, resulting in hyper-fast scrolling. Love the look of it too.
What's not so great: Can't easily switch between regular (click-by-click) scrolling and the hyper-fast (free-spinning) scrolling. There's a little switch on the bottom, which makes it easy to switch it to the other mode and leave it there. But not very easy to quickly switch it for a one-time scroll. Mostly I just stay in click-by-click mode, as that works fine for me, and free-spinning mode is a little hard to work with if you just want to scroll a little bit. So the result is that I don't really use the hyper-speed scroll. If there were a switch on top that could easily toggle back and forth between the two modes, that would be much better.

What's great about it: Everything worked for me. I loved the fact that the wireless fob stores inside the mouse. It functioned very well with no hiccups. I have and use 3 Logitech mice and they are comfortable and efficient. I would not use anything else.
What's not so great: Wish it had a rechargeable battery, possibly tapping in to the USB bus. I'm a big believer in rechargeable batteries.

GREAT notebook mouse

Great Set point features......... the Lexus of mice.
What's great about it: Very comfortable, even though it is a wee bit on the small side. I have large hands and read that it feels like it is for only smaller hands.......... not true. Setpoint software is great and over all performance is great.
What's not so great: The only improvement would be a nano receiver, so it can remain plugged in the usb port without having to remove it. Oh well..... a small price to pay for such a GREAT product. Bluetooth would also be a nice touch.

If you like using a mouse with your laptop this one has it all.
What's great about it: Easy to use...easy on your hand and better than using fingers to navigate a laptop.I especially like the "zoom" effect when there is small print.
What's not so great: None

Expectations surpassed!

What's great about it: I am pleased with every aspect of the truly cordless mouse! It is so handy that my technilogically challenged wife is awed by how she can do so many things so easily. The response of the scrolling wheel makes for faster or precise looks at articles and documents.
What's not so great: None.
