Reliable, Dependable, Indispensable !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Brother Copier, Printer, Scanner has been an indispensable office tool here for years. Not many tools tell you how to fix themselves by pressing buttons!

MFC240C printer/scanner/fax & repair

The MFC240C was an excellent printer & scanner. Unfortunately after 15 years the ink overflow pad was full and Brother would not repair it or sell the necessary parts to customers, It was wasteful to have to recycle it and buy a replacement aslong as the MFC240C was still working fine.

Extremely satisfied except for one thing

I bought it some years ago and it still works fine. Only one thing that I am not satisfied about and it is the fact that the scanner does not seem to be compatible with some new features. I just bought a new laptop (Asus, with Windows 11) and while the printer works very well, the scanner doesn't. I visited your website and tried to recup what was needed, but it still didn't work.
