Disappointed in quality and craftsmanship

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 2 weeks ago; water in the door is not chilled - it is luke warm and the manual tells you to "add ice" if you desire cold water??? Why would you NOT have it chilled??
Additionally, had service man out within one week due to a very high pitched whine noise...only to find out that it is "The normal Compressor" noise???? REALLY? w
For what we paid for this frig....I would not do it again.

It is nice to have all the refrigerator space on the upper area of the unit and the drawer freezer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please review the Normal Operating Sounds and Sights in your owner’s manual. Your variable speed compressor is designed to run 100% of the time except during the defrost cycle. Like it - Looks Great - But

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the second ice maker in the freezer. We can fill a medium sized cooler and keep it cool all day and still have ice in the door. What is a little disappointing is the quality/feel of the drawers and the shelves in the fresh food area (non freezer). Not as good as others in this price range.

Love the ice!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has the best shaped ice I've ever used. It also has an extra icemaker in the freezer which came in very hand during my husband's knee surgery. I had been buying ice until the refrigerator was installed and suddenly I had enough to keep his ice bags filled and cold.

So much room!
