Poor design

I purchased 6 months ago, first I will say that I like the professional series but I think that the water & ice dispensers are a very poor design. Ice gets stuck in the dispenser & melts & causes water to leak down the front. There is constantly water stains on the front of ice dispenser. I called to report the problem & when the repairman came out I was told that there is nothing that could be done. When I went to the store where I purchased it I was told that I have a water problem not a problem with the refrigerator. I feel that I paid to much for this refrigerator to be told that there is nothing that can be done to rectify this problem!

Looks Great....but leaves things to be desired...

Just purchased in August as a set for our new constructed house...wish I would have read the reviews first!! Bottom Ice machine didn't work from day one..and still doesn't. Water drips from water spigot, it does NOT dispense cold water, and worst of all the "cool drawer" freezes everything, even with the temp set at 40...Love the stove, micro, and dishwasher....but disappointed in the fridge....

Disappointed

Bought 10-23-15. In less than two months, ice started forming in several places in the refrigerator compartment. Repairs to replace seals. Poor assembly workmanship in my opinion. Also, very disappointed that the water in the door is room temperature.

Not happy with the product

I have had this product for 60 days. I had to have the doors and drawer replaced. The stainless sheet metal is extremely thin, you could see where the packing material made contact with it. The replacement parts have similar faults. Frigidaire is in the process of sending new doors. I have a bad feeling they will have the same problem. I get sick to ma stomach when I look at it knowing how much I paid...

While I like the storage in this fridge, I'm very disappointed with several things. First of all, the chiller drawer freezes everything. I'm not talking about a slight frost, but rock hard ice block type freezing. I turned the refrigerator temperature to 42 just to see if it would change anything and it didn't. Secondly, what fridge doesn't chill the water that comes out of the dispenser?! Isn't that the reason people want a door dispenser? If I wanted luke warm water I would get it out of the tap. Of course it doesn't tell you about that anywhere except in a sidetone in the manual. That would've been a deal breaker when we bought the fridge. Its ridiculous for a top model like in this price range to NOT have something like that. I'm still a little baffled by it. Third, the ice maker in the freezer stopped working. We still haven't figured out why but now it won't produce ice. Good looking is about the only thing this fridge has going for it.

Great fridge, needs improvements

I have had this fridge for about a year, and we have had problems with the ice maker leaking, the freezer not closing correctly and the seal going bad on the freezer. The fridge works great! Nice room in it as well. But the ice maker is noisy as well, almost sounds like something is going out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If the gasket is pulling out of the channel: Clean the gasket with a wet soapy cloth, then rinse and dry. Feed the gasket back into the retaining channel, ensuring that the gasket is secure all around the door. The normal operating sounds are covered in the Owner’s Manual for your model on page 30. Leaking and Ice maker works sometimes

We bought this fridge back in February (so we haven't even had it for a year yet). It is leaking water and sometimes freezing to create blocks of ice underneath the deli drawer or "Store More drawer". I have to keep soaking the water up with a song and emptying it out into a bucket. We've also been have issues with the automatic ice dispenser. It only dispenses ice sometimes and other time it will either only dispense crushed ice or only dispense cubes. The ice that goes directly to the freezer bucket works fine but the automatic dispenser has been irritating. The space in the fridge is great but these issues make owning this fridge a pain.
