Easy to Fit Tall or Large Items

We bought this a few weeks ago as a scratch/dent sale item. I like so many of the features: the slide-under shelf and the flip-up shelf allow me to store tall and large items easily. I like that tube for dispensing water is at the front of the opening (no more bending over to see if the tube is in the bottle opening). Some have complained that the water isn't chilled, but it's cool enough for me.
The only "complaint" I have is that I now understand why so many of the French door refrigerators have the wide drawer as a separate opening container: I have to open both of the French doors to get anything out of the cooler (meat) drawer. Not a real problem, but now the other designs make sense.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lots of room!

The unit itself is great. Lots of room & the freezer is awesome. However, there is an issue with the icemaker in that the ice gets stuck & jams the motor so ice has to be removed manually before the dispenser will function. Also THERE IS NO COLD WATER!! Bummer!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Refrigerator/Ice Make

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first refrigerator that was brought had to be replaced within two weeks of delivery. The doors wouldn't close. The top freezer had to be replaced after four months then we needed a service call for a frozen line due to the repair being done incorrectly.

Good but not the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is lots of flexibility with the shelves. I finally removed one so I could put all my milk on one shelf. Don't particularly like the section made for soda cans. Would have liked that space for something else. My ice maker stopped working the first month but service was prompt and free. They said moisture got behind the cube box and froze the mechanism.
So overall, I like it. The bottom freezer is big. The finish is great- no fingerprints.

Smudge proof is so nice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about 45 days ago and it is such a dream over my other fridge. Very roomy and adaptive to odd sized or shaped containers. On the downside with 2 ice makers on board I thought I would always have plenty of ice, but the bottom ice maker is so slow that we barely keep up. Still overall I love how roomy it is, best of all o don't have to wipe fingerprints and smudges off the doors 5x a day, once a week keeps it looking great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall, it has a great look- the fingerprint resistant finish is very nice, the doors and drawers are very sturdy, and it has a lot of space. There are a few things that I wish were different- (1) it seems to always be running where the motor noise is constant. I don't recall this happening with my previous fridge. (2) to open the cool drawer, you need to open both sides of the fridge. (3) the water in door feature does seem to drip at times, not creating a puddle, but not ideal for it to leak ANY water. While there isn't anything that can be done for my fridge with respect to #2, I would like to see Fridgidare address #1 and #3.

Looks great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a complete set to go with dishwasher, range and microwave. The unit looks great, but the layout inside is not very good. Many times you need to open both doors in order to retrieve items or make enough clearance for interior sliding drawers to open. The top ice maker is very noisy at times.
Water and ice dispenser work great and has a light that comes on while using.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
