Has several features that are outstanding!

I bought this about a month ago and love the room in the freezer . The refrigerator itself is a life saver and I will recommend the Frigidare product to anyone ! Thank you for making a product we can be proud of.

two ice makers comes in handy

I have had this since Feb 2016 and everything is great except for the filter. After 1 month the water dispenser and ice maker all most stopped working. I had a repair man come out and he checked the mechanic of the frig and said everything was OK. I called Frigidaire and had one person tell me it was my water softener. So I bought a new filter which are pretty expensive. I called again and told them what the other person said and they provided me with a new filter and said to let them know if the same problem occurs again. I am about 3 wks with this filter, OK so far. I did not have any problems with my old fridge and it filter, not sure whats the problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought one about 6 months ago and kept having problems with it due to the installers changed the doors so I requested another one and this one is working great.

I bought this fridge about two months ago and I'm overall impressed. Not a fan of the useless soda can holder. Waste of space. Front features are very bland

Overall Good Refrigerator

We purchased this refrigerator on 4/15/2016, and it was delivered on 4/18,2016. I noticed right off there was a fan running all the time. I checked the Use & Care booklet and it said to raise the freezer temperature, which I did. The fan quit running immediately. Once the temperature got up to the set point, the fan was running all the time again. Called Frigidaire and an appointment was scheduled for 4/25,2016. The technician came and checked the refrigerator and freezer temperatures and said all was working fine. The small cooling fan on the unit continues to run, which I don't believe should be. Set up another appointment with the appliance repair and was told if nothing was found, I would have to pay for the service call. Cancelled the service call, although i still believe something is wrong. Not at all pleased that the unit runs most of the time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Temp control of produce draws

Hi Tomcomis - I hate when that happens! Often times when we shift our frozen goods around, or pull the drawer too quickly, it can become unhooked because one of our larger frozen items becomes lodged with the basket. I’m certainly guilty of it with my own refrigerator. I would recommend placing frozen items where they will provide enough clearance between the baskets. This usually resolves the issue (albeit I still sometimes overstuff my freezer). Beautiful appliance but not perfect

I really love most of the things about my new refrigerator. I love the commercial look of the stainless steel and the beefy handles. The finish is easy to keep clean; doesn't show fingerprints easily. It holds an incredible amount of food. During the holidays, I was able to store an amazing amount of food in it. The fruit/vegetable bins are really big. I like the way you can reconfigure the shelves and drawers.
However, there are a few things that are a bit of an annoyance. The deli tray isn't big enough and doesn't slide in smoothly. The top ice maker doesn't seem to know when the bin is full. It just keeps making ice and won't stop. I have to watch it and shut it off for a while when it gets full. Otherwise, it gets all jammed up and freezes into one huge chunk of ice. I had the service technician out and he replaced the entire ice maker unit. But it still does the same thing. The water for the door dispenser is barely cold and it always drips after you use it and gets water in the tray. You have to remember to leave you cup there until the drips stop. I wish I could replace the soda can dispenser in the door with something else, since I don't use that feature.
