This One Works!

This one was a replacement for the same model that was evidently crushed somewhere along the shipping journey. So far, this new model works fine.
I especially like the simplicity of the controls and water/ice selector.

Ice Maker Problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator 4 years ago and the back of the refrigerator is rusted out due to own going problems with there ice makers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Size/Nice Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator in Jun 2019. From day one we were happy with the smudge resistant finish & dual ice makers.
However, we are very unhappy that the water comes out of the dispenser at room temperature; not even as cold as our tap water!
Anyone out there know the solution?

The water from your water/ice dispenser that comes out will not always be cold. Your model does not have a water tank like older models because it is an energy efficiency appliance. The water is coming directly from your water line, through the filter and then the dispenser; will not be cold.

Buyer Beware

I bought this refrigerator in a suite in 2015,it has been broken 5 times. for one thing or another. Mainly the defrosting cycle, so my freezer stays cold and everything in the main cooler gets to go bad every few months, I wouldnt buy another one of these products If I was given the money to do it..By the way, I bought the whole suite, Range, Dish washer,
microwave and Refrigerator. Every one of these items has had something go wrong with them within the first 2 years. Range was replaced 3 months in, dishwasher main board went out after 1 year, Microwave door failed in the first year and the handle snapped off in the second year.
