Nice but broken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 months ago, and the bottom ice maker has already broken. Also, the water dispenser is dispensing at a much slower rate than it was originally. Finally, the doors didn't line up exactly when it was installed. We had to take them off and adjust one door up a bit higher by inserting a nut in the opening where the door hinges from.
We love everything else about this. It's a sturdy construction and built to last
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Problems/ Frustrated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The piece that seals the two doors together broke and I didn't know it. It caused and ice build up in the back so I had to call a tech, get the part ordered and a second visit to install it. Also had to empty and shut down the fridge for 24 hours to get the ice out. This shouldn't happen with a new fridge of this qualtiy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All of my doors are crooked and my freezer is uneven also already had 3 repair men here to tell me the doors are bent and nobody is fixing them!

High pitched whine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for about a month. Between about 2 to 3 weeks ago it began to whine occasionally. As time has progressed the whine had increased in loudness and duration. Waiting for service person to see if it can be fixed. If not, I will return it. Additionally, this is the second refrigerator of this model that have been delivered. The doors on the first did not line up correctly.

Disappointing - but not unexpected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 4th Frigidaire Professional Refrigerator in 7 years. Constant issues with the ice makers, freezer and once the door was askew and the entire unit needed to be replaced a week after it was delivered. The good news... they have a warranty! On this model the door sensor wasn't working, there was a dent on the front door... and the entire door needed to be replaced. On the positive! It's the only stainless steel I have found where you don't see the fingerprints. Eager to avoid the same problem I bought a different brand for our second house... and while it works - battling the constant fingerprints is a challenge.

Poor Assembly

Upper Ice maker was not assembled properly. When water was sprayed into the receiving tray after ice was deposited it sprayed out the top and wound up all over the interior.
I would recommend this to a friend!
