[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new refrigerator and the industrial exterior is so cool. It took time to figure out the icemaker and the shelves have to be carefully wedged in door. My butter dish shelf is a tight fit. All in all these things are minor . I just love it!

Ice dispener works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this based on its exterior looks. Our first one, when first plugged it in, did not cool down, the motherboard was bad. We had it replaced. The second one seems to work fine. Love the ice machine and dispenser.

Needs More Ways To Adjust All Around

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a warranty replacement. The bottom drawer needs more dividers left and right as well as up and down. I absolutely hate digging for frozen food. They have the ads raving the adjustability of the shelves inside-pffffffft!!! If they let a variety of moms-from young to older-design it they wouldn't be able to keep it on the shelf!!! I know I'm not the only one who says "I'dve done this or I would've added that". If y'all would just use a dozen Mom's with kids of all ages to grandmothers who need the ability to have a refrigerator full of food at Thanksgiving-your refrigerator wouldn't stay in stock!!!

The part number for the upper basket divider is 241780909, and the cost is $34.15 plus tax. Parts can be ordered from our Parts Department by dialing 1-800-599-7569. ~ Brandi

Plenty of Fridge Space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Professional line just over a month ago. Our old refrigerator was a side by side and I really like the space this fridge has. There are so many options to place small items or large/tall bottles that I didn't have before. The ice and water machine is quiet and the cubes small squares which fit great in any glass. The freezer also has good space and you're able to see what's in there rather than digging through drawers. I can fit my frozen pizzas!
The outside works fairly well at keeping finger prints off. I just use a microfiber cloth to wipe it clean.
