Good, for the most part

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought about a month ago. Having a little trouble with the freezer seal. Love being able to have crushed ice, but don't like that water drips down from dispenser and leaves water marks on stainless steel. Our refrigerator doors are not quite level. I do love all the space in refrigerator and freezer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi Jennifer68, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I understand that you are having problems with a few things on your refrigerator.

For the door, I would recommend checking your seal. The best way to test this would be to place a dollar bill between the body of your refrigerator and close the door. The dollar bill should stay in place and pull out with a small amount of resistance. If the dollar bill falls out when placed between the gasket and cabinet double check to see if the door is being blocked by anything stopping it from closing it. If nothing is stopping the door from closing then we would suggest a replacement door gasket.

With the doors, please see "Level Refrigerator & Adjust Doors" on page 6 of your Owner's Guide for more information.

Disappointed

Once again the bottom freezer not make ice cubes and the upper freezer is drip, drip, dripping. Thank goodness for warranty!!!

Ice Makers stop working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the whole professional series appliance series fir a new house. Installed them December of 2015. 3 months ago water started dripping from the upper ice maker. We were told bye our appliance store to replace filter. We did that now no ice is being made at all. Technician came out yesterday and we were told that a 3 1/2 inch piece of insulation needs to be put in back of fridge because at the plant they did not get enough insulation into the unit. This will look horrible considering our fridge is free standing and you will be able to see the thick insulation. He also said that 90 percent of these refrigerators that they sold had to be repaired for this issue. Once the fridge is fixed in 3-5 weeks I'll post a picture. Honestly I'm hoping that I win the battle to get the fridge replaced.

Frigidaire Pro French door refrig is awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the refrigerator for 2 months now. I am amazed at the design. There are two things that could be changed. To open the cool drawer and the left hand veggie drawer, both doors have to be open. Other than that, no complaints. There is plenty storage for anything you want to put in it. It's quiet. Makes plenty of ice. The water is cool. My husband and I love it. We bought the entire suite. Love it all.

Great fridge and freezer storage and organization

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator a few months ago I really like the freezer and refrigerator set up. The smudge free stainless steel finish is wonderful. The only feature that I don't like is the ice dispenser in the refrigerator door. Ice does not completely empty from the dispenser which leads to it melting and dripping from the dispenser on to the refrigerator door. This happens so often that we don't use the refrigerator door ice dispenser and use the ice in the freezer drawer which is not convenient. If this was not an issue, I would give a higher rating of 5 stars.

Ice Maker

Do the Research

Be sure to do the research yourself and do not rely on the salesperson to give all the details. NOONE ever mentioned to never put anything on the doors for display. After moving in we had a picture magnet that got placed on the door which in turn scratched the surface. In six months have already had repairman out twice and the ice maker replaced. Not great quality inside or outside. Do Your Research! Sad to spend this much money and realizing it won't last 5 years. They sure don't make them like they used to.

Not perfect, but still love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the bottom freezer, I love that it is smug-proof, I love the roomy door shelves that fit 2 gallons of milk at a time! However the things I see could use improvement are: the cool drawer can only be opened if both doors are open (annoying), the door water dispenser gives luke-warm water so you need ice every time, and apparently I have a lot of tall things in my fridge so I end up laying things down because I haven't figured out the best shelf configuration yet. That last one may be on me.
I would recommend this to a friend!
