Fit our need

Purchased on a Monday and had it installed on Tuesday. The only problem is that the upper ice maker was spraying water all over the interior. This was fixed the next day. Make sure to have the unit tipped back very slightly to help with door closure.

I have had my new refrigerator a little over 5 months now. It performs very well and I enjoy the space and the large freezer capacity at the bottom. My only problem is the door with the little flap does not close automatically. This is my second call to the repairman who comes on Friday.

How can it be this bad?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the aesthetics of the professional series, but unfortunately I am regretting my choice do to this refrigerator. The in-door water / ice dispenser doesn't function. There is frequently condensation on the inside of the fridge. The leveling system design doesn't function. It's possible that there is some unseen damage that was done by the delivery, but it functions according to the instruction manual. Depending on how my upcoming warranty claim is handle will decide if I ever buy Frigidaire products again. Note: My last fridge was a Frigidaire and I loved it - zero complaints. If I could go back and choose a different unit / manufacturer I probably would.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, absurdityabounds. Are you able to dispense anything from the dispenser? If not, could it be locked? You statement that the leveling system is not working could be the contributing to the condensate in the refrigerator. Somehow warm air is getting inside and mixing with the cool air and causing moisture. If your refrigerator is incapable of being leveled, the door may not be making a good seal with the cabinet letting the warm air in. Love having two ice makers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in August, I have had the ice maker in the freezer replaced twice now. Was disappointed that the water in the door is not cold, if I had known that at the time of purchase I would have chosen another model. Overall I like this frig.

It's a little early to rate higher or lower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for less than a month. I am struck with the highly negative reviews I read AFTER we bought it. I hope that, by now, the horrible problems I read about have been resolved by now.
However, one thing I will mention: it is ABSOLUTELY THE NOISIEST refrigerator I've NOT ONLY EVER OWNED BUT EVER OBSERVED. WHY???
