Fridge Failed after 3 years

Our fridge went after 3 years and since it was out of warranty we had to pay for all the parts for repair. Very disappointing to say the least. Save your money and buy a different model.

Though no manufacturer can guarantee against repairs or service visit with any of their models, I am sorry about the experience you have encountered recently with your appliance.

Freon issues after just 2 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this for 2 years now and at first I noticed everything freezing - I called appliance repair and they said it had a freon leak - very costly to repair and not guaranteed to fix issue. at this point although temp is set to 38 the temp is hovering around 45-50 degrees. For such a costly piece - 2 years is a very short life.

Great idea! Bad quality

Great idea of all fridge, no freezer! Poor quality in this model. Always leaks and door alarm goes off for no reason, seems to be faulty alarm plugin and on 3rd alarm part in under 2 yrs. Tried several service companies - all say we just got a bad model. Very disappointed.

Sounds like a car is running in the kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the fridge and freezer combo for 3 months now. It’s so incredibly loud and the fan is on all the time. When the unit is not cooling it’s amazing, but because it’s on 90% of the time it has ruined the peace and quite that I previously enjoyed. Now I’m stuck with a unit that is obnoxious loud in the most important part of our home. I’ve had a repair man come out 3 times and each time he found a new problem to repair. Still the same issue. Never buy this product if you’re sensitive to sound. It’s horrible.

Not happy

After 27 months, this unit has a leak in the cooling system that can"t be located. It is in a builtin applacation so to recharge both ref and freezer have to be pulled, #verycostly. I'm in the process of replacing and not happy but no other choice. I know this happens. My advice is get a 5 year warranty.

Refrigerator won't stay cold-so frustrated!!

Having similar issues as other reviewers. Bought these for the look of a sleek, professional set fridge/freezer when we built our house 4 years ago. Replaced the relay and control board..so far..but still not maintaining a temperature below 50 degrees. After seeing these reviews, regret the purchase and would have a hard time recommending them to anyone. No issues with freezer, but worried it might be next. We've been living out of a mini-frig for weeks, and that is unacceptable for the price paid for these "professional" appliances.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
