Beware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the fridge 2 1/2 years ago. Way too soon to have the fridge go out, requiring an extensive repair. The factory repairman came out 5 weeks ago and still can't get 1 of the 3 parts needed to do the repair. They are saying it could be months before the part comes in. Meanwhile we are stuck without a fridge and are living out of coolers. Would not recommend going with this brand.

Doesn't Cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge will not stay cool. It is averaging over 40 degrees. Major disappointment since we designed the space around this model (which is unusually shorty compared to other built in refrigerators). Now if I want to buy a different brand, I will have to have the cabinets above remodeled. Given that this product is only a couple of years old, it should not already be failing. Looking at the reviews, it looks like this model is a major black eye for Frigidaire. I see they have an all new model coming out in October / November 2020, but who would want to invest in that product if this one was such a failure.

Absolutely DO NOT BUY this refrigerator

Several have left the same comments and they are absolutely true. We had ours for 3 years and it began leaking freon and will not cool. They clearly have a problem with this fridge and have discontinued this model even though they have commented on this site that this is not the case. A quick call to your appliance store and you can verify these are no longer avail. with new model coming out next year. I called their help center, after 1 hour wait they can do nothing because it is over a year. Big surprise and why I did not want to call in the first place but knew this would be their response to my post. DO NOT BUY!

POOR SERVICE

i bought this refrigerator and it has a major failure and a new compressor and evaporator was installed. this lasted 3 days and it is not cooling once again. I have called multiple times and have been treated very poorly by customer service. I have asked for a supervisor many times and none available. at one point i was told that a supervisor would call me back within 24-48 hrs that has never happened . Its to bad that such a big company doesn't care about their customers

It doesn't cool !

This fridge looks great, and has a lot of space. But that's all the good I have to say about it. I've had mine for 2 years and I noticed my dairy kept going bad, despite the fridge displaying 4C. So I put my own thermostat in, and I noticed the temperature was actually at 8C -- the display was lying. It seemed to get worse with time, sometimes the temperature would reach 12C. All my food kept going bad. So I did a manual defrost (48 hrs off), and now that I turned it back on, I'm still stuck at around 7C -- the fridge simply refuses to cool below that. This time though, the display is actually saying 7, so it's not lying about the temperature anymore. I'm not sure what's going on, but to have a brand new fridge (that cost a lot of money) behave like this after only two years, I absolutely cannot recommend it to anyone. Judging by what I've read online, I'm also not the only one with such a problem.

Has great features.........but compresser went out

Compressor went in 14 months

While this system looks nice its pretty much garbage. The drawers and shelves are the same kind you would see in a 399 unit. Cheap plastic that cracks easily. Mine refrigerator portion of the combo just died. I have an extended warranty but will need a new fridge and its now discontinued. Looks like the model replacing it is not the same size either. They suck and you can't call them because no one answers because of covid. Worst company ever they build crap.

Everything Fails from these Guys

I have a 3 year old Professional Refer. Won't hold temperature. Replace the temp sensor still not fixed. Warrantee is 1 year. Tell you how much they stand behind their products. Also, replace a microwave same years old and the whole circuit board failed. Again, worthless investment.... Don't buy anything from these guys.
