My father researched thoroughly before every purchase. This led my parents' to choose a Frigidaire refrigerator for our new house in 1952. We took for granted that our "frig" would run day in and day out - and it did. In fact - it still ran perfectly when our house sold twenty years later in 1972.
Two years ago, my refrigerator purchase was based on features not quality, and it was sadly in need of constant repair. I struggled to find a replacement, until I remembered the refrigerator from my childhood.
I am now the proud owner of a Frigidaire refrigerator. I have confidence in the built in the USA quality; the ease of more than enough room for our family of five; and the pride of the professional clean lines.
I know I strayed and lost my way, but now I've come home to what I can depend on - Frigidaire.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We selected this refrigerator along with the matching freezer as we were finishing construction on our new house. We had to modify the plan for our kitchen cabinets to accommodate both units rather than a traditional refrigerator/freezer combo in the original plan. The units were installed side-by-side with the surrounding trim giving the appearance of both being a single unit. The units look awesome and provide an enormous amount of space - far more than we had with traditional refrigerators. I can’t speak to reliability yet as we’ve only had the units five months. We’ve had no issues with the refrigerator. The freezer, on the other hand, has recurring issues with the coils freezing over due to a faulty control panel. I’m hopeful that we’ll get several years of use out of the refrigerator and freezer because there’s no going back to a traditional refrigerator after modifying the cabinets. I’ll be be adding the extended warranty on both just in case.

Love, but ISSUES.

We just built a new house. We purchased this fridge and freezer. From the beginning, it looks dimpled and the fridge handle is loose. We replaced the panels and it still looks dimpled. And we were told to put some plastic in the screw hole to "rig" the loose handle.
We love this fridge and freezer but wish it looked right and wish the handle would not be loose!!!

Good but broke
