I planned my whole kitchen around these appliances and had custom cabinets made to fit this large double unit, only to told by my retailer this morning that this unit is no longer available and they don't know when it will be available. I was told by Fridgidaire live chat that this appliance was only out of stock until the end of this month. When pressed as to why my retailer would tell me this, I was finally told that indeed this product is not available and no date when it might be available. This is a HUGE problem for me. Get your act together fridgidaire and take this product off your website so you don't mess up anyone else's kitchen.

Looks better than it performs

Although its a stellar look, this fridge is average. We had a Freon leak that basically was impossible to find and required us to replace the fridge portion. I'm waiting for the freezer to do the same.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lemon!!!!!

Beware. 6 months in the compressor leaked All it’s Freon. Do we have a class action???? They know this!!!!!! That’s why we all are having this issue and they have already discontinued this model after the 6 months from when we just bought this!!!!!!!! Lawyer out there?

not working

I bought this less than a month ago and it has never worked properly, freezes everything. Having a second service call. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Doors puckered from the inside over the 1st yr- quality of refr/freezer is good

We designed the kitchen to accommodate this larger refrigerator and freezer. Upon installation it was perfect. Over the next 6mo as the house/seasonal temps changed, so did the appearance of the doors, puckers/ripples developed. This originates from the inside as the exterior is perfectly flat; i was told by contractors that the pucker marks look to be locations where the stainless adheres to the interior materials. It looks as if we've dented it multiple times; depending on the time of day/natural lighting, it looks from m'eh, to awful. From a qualify of refrigeration/freezing perspective- we've had no issues. Happy with the space, layout, etc. Some reviews note that it's noisy; we have not had this issue.

Very Noisy Freezer

The look, finish and performance is OK, but is very very noisy. The refrigerator is not that noisy as the freezer. It is an unbearable, commercial appliance like noise.

Common noises include the evaporator - which may sometimes make boiling or gurgling sounds. You may also notice the evaporator fan, which sounds like air being forced through the refrigerator.
