Have had this fridge for a month now and am very impressed by the amount of space - way more than our conventional fridges have had. The relatively shallow depth makes it easy to get to things (not buried at the back). We haven't really noticed the compressor noise that some have complained of, but the hard to open seal on the door is definitely a factor (there are some hacks online we may try). Before the warranty is out, we will buy an extended warranty to protect against some of the concerns others have raised about unit failures.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this refrigerator in 2015. I chose it because of its capacity and its size, i.e. counter-depth. One morning, the refrigerator was warn and so was the food. I called the repairman who declared the refrigerator irreparable due to a refrigerant leak.
Very much impressed! 4 years for a pricy refrigerator! I guess that's what they call programmed obsolescence!

Great fridge that only lasted 3 yrs.....

Loved the space and the look of this fridge. After 3 yrs it started to die... Of course warranty is only 1 yr. Had the Freon redone, but the computer was still malfunctioning... can’t order a new computer panel/chip... Anyways, we got the fridge to limp along for the next few months until the computer would not lower the temperature and stayed on 12 degrees Celsius
3 good years is all we got.... Not worth the money.

Decent fridge but seal tore

Gasket around door separated within a few days of purchase. Repaired with tape, now tearing above and below repair. Now opening fridge by grasping the door and the gasket rather than using he handle in order to avoid more damage.

Poor Quality

After less then 4 years of owning this product, I am dealing with the refrigerant leak and cost of the repair above the cost of the fridge. Very disappointed in the product, this should be a professional grade but there is no difference in a quality from much cheaper brands.

I bought this set with the glass doorand the full vent package, sadly the Fridgiare name is crooked on the door it really looks bad and is complicated to return because it is so big.
