Looks great , impressive appearance, Non insulated compressors can be loud in open concept kitchen family room. 6 years and Door Handles need continuous tightening. Doors seals cracked allowing air leaks. Ice maker failed , and today the freezer leaked all its Freon gas. The units beeps if you leave the doors open but no warnings when the freezer thaws out hundreds of dollars of food. Flashing red warning low temp on the inside control.
On the fence about replacing with newer models or different maker.

We purchased the side by side full fridge and freezer in 2013. The fridge lasted until 2016 when we were told it was 'unfixable' we ended up getting another one bc we have the matching freezer....low and behold it's unfixable once again. The product is not 'professional' at all. As a consumer I'm disgusted with the quality of this product. I'm not sure if I want to spend the money to get the frig again, purchase a better quality fridge from another brand or spend the money with a kitchen company and redesign my kitchen not to have a side by side fridge and freezer anymore. They don't stand behind their products. Purchase a different brand.

Buyer Beware

Purchased the fridge and freezer set in July 2014 because the fridge on the old set went and had to replace both. This fridge has now stopped working after 2 1/2 years. We didn't buy the extended warranty because my opinion is it should last for several years if it's a good product! This is not. Don't buy it unless you are willing to pay extra for the warranty.

Great product - but no left hand opening

It is mind boggling why a company would not manufacture a refrigerator that does open on the left side. Half of the houses have kitchens that require a left hand opening refrigerator and there is no product offering. I recommend the Product management team to modify the design so the door can be reversed.

Doors dimpled! Looks terrible!

I bought this Refrigerator and Freezer..Doors came dimpled..the store reordered new doors and they came the same. As time goes on, more and more dimples show on the doors. The store has told me that the materials used to make these doors has changed now using a foam behind the now thinner stainless and therefore leaves dimples..despite being super careful with usage and cleaning. Sadly, the inside of the appliances are well designed, however the appearance on the outside has ruined the look I was going for in the kitchen I will need to replace, but sadly these are built in and will be difficult to find a replacement that will fit this opening Buyer beware when building these in!

Still without a flaw after 7 years.

The review is for both the refrigerator and freezer.
I bought both the refrigerator, freezer and trim kit 7 and 6 years ago respectively. Both runs as smooth as the first day they came in and were powered on. The smudge free advertising is true. I haven't cleaned the doors since I got them the first time, no kidding here. Everyone who visits me tries to smudge it on purpose, per my request, but in vain. The stainless steel is not shiny like the regular Frigidaire line (which is a stain magnet) but instead, polished and refined. It looks truly luxurious and is well worth the price for what it brings to the table. These come with 1 carbon filter for each unit which also works as advertised. My fruits and veggies that I put in lasts longer and will wrinkle for a while instead of rotting (peppers for example). Life expectancy of your products gets boosted by a constant flow of clean air and stable temperature. The freezer even sucks the air once you close the door which will surprise you the first time you forget something and try to open it again. One foot against it and a good pull is required. These offer plenty of space and looks as good and mighty as you would expect from the pictures and even more. They standout and don't get unnoticed. I highly recommend both products!
