Piece of work

Well, this is my second review for the same refrigerator. It's almost a year old now. First it froze the food and burst the pop cans, temp was set at 37. They changed the controller. Then it stayed at 45 degrees. They changed the coil and controller on 4/29/2020 and it worked until yesterday when it froze the food again and burst water bottles this time. They actually look pretty cool with the frozen stream sticking out the top of the bottle, but I thought I bought a fridge? I looked for my last review I did around 4/27/2020 and its gone. Interesting. Bunch of reviews but most are incentivised. What ever happened to Frigidaire? A 4.2 rating? I think not. This will be the 4th controller put in this fridge in less than a year. The freezer is right next to it and has worked fine.

Way too noisy - don't buy!

We moved into a newly constructed house and this frig was part of the professional package. The noise is absolutely terrible. We had an appliance technician that was responsbile for Frigidaire come out to check it. He had a couple of ideas of what the problem could be but was concerned about the compressor. From what we understood, he called into Frigidaire for approval of the repair and was turned down. I called the Customer Service for Frigidaire and was told we could get a second opinion from a different repair company and we would have to pay the service call. What good would that do if Frigidaire refuses to stand behind their products???? Very frustrating...

Questionable quality? No quality.

We've owned two, and neither made it more than 3 years. They started making ice. The first had a freon leak and with the 1 year warranty on the compressor(!!) we replaced it hoping we were unlucky. Now we're having exactly the same problem. With the unusual size and no replacement on the market as far as I can tell, we're at a loss for what to do.
Other than never buy Electrolux.

Loved it....but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this refrigerator less than 2 years and it’s not cooling! When it worked it was great. Who makes a refrigerator that lasts less than two years? I just read about others with the same issue. If you do get this refrigerator get an extended warranty as the warranty is only for ONE year.

From Bad to Worse!!!

Unfortunately there is not an option to leave a zero star review. I left a review previously about our fridge no longer maintaining the proper temperature (in less than a year). I called customer service and went through all their prompts and the automated system provided a service center in Illinois (I live in Idaho)... the system informed me there was nothing closer, really? Nothing between Illinois and Idaho?!?! I figured I must have entered my zip incorrectly. Nope. Tried again and same result. I selected the option to talk to a customer service rep and the automated service kindly informed me that they cannot take calls due to high call volume... Seriously?!?! I have tried calling for over a month now. Same result. I am baffled how a large, supposedly reputable company like this cannot provide basic customer service, or how I even get support at all. I guess it is a great way to avoid ever paying out on warranty claims... just wear the customer down until they give up. On the bright side, our freezer is still working well. Knowing what I know now, I would just say buyer beware. Look for a company that provides good customer service and that stands behind their product. If anything goes wrong, you are on your own.

Fantastic Setup - Wish It Would Cool

I bought this refrigerator last August. It ran great for 6 months, but now I have had a rotation of Frigidaire / Electrolux / third party reps try to fix it to keep it cooling. Tomorrow will be the fourth attempt to repair. It ranges from 34 degrees to 53 degrees. I've also asked for a replacement to be delivered, but was rejected after another week with a warm fridge. I love the setup - just wish it would work.

never cooled from day of delivery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator and freezer set. Upon delivery, the refrigerator has never cooled. We contacted the warranty department who sent someone out to look at it. He stated that he was going to order a computer panel and a new door, because once it arrived there was a very obvious ding in the door. Haven't heard from him since.

Quality Concerns

We installed our refrigerator less than a year ago along with the matching freezer and the trim kit. We love the look, but recently several food items started freezing, and now we are getting High Temp alerts. Despite setting the temp at 36, it is constantly sitting at 50-54?!?! I will update once we figure out what the issue is.
