Great look! But very loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I built my kitchen around this frigidaire and it's a definite show stopper however the noise is so loud it keeps all of us awake at nights. I've had multiple technicians come and say these are loud units.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If what you are hearing is not addressed, please try to record the sound: I have found if something is making a noise, it hardly ever occurs when a service tech is present and can hear and resolve the matter. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great outer appearance! Mistaken for subzero several times! Works perfectly so far! The inside materials seems a little cheap. Plastic drawer did crack in first week.

I like this freezer but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this freezer a couple of months ago as a builder supplied item in our custom home. I like it but have already had to have a service call because the board that measures temperature was not working properly and had to be replaced. It still makes more noise than I am used to and seems to run more than the GE I had in my prior home but having said that I think it is good product and the service we received from Electrolux as excellent.
