Really nice and spacious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been having the refrigerator/freezer for about a month; these units gave us the space we needed as well as an upscale look to our kitchen. Only complaint is units can get noisy when it levels, but otherwise you don't hear it

Noisy

They require heavy-duty compressors. When the surrounding noise level is low, you might hear the compressor running while it cools the interior.

Ice is constantly falling out!

The ice container does not properly fit to catch the ice cubes, they are constantly falling behind the receptacle and land all over the freezer. It is the most annoying thing in the world to have this beautiful fridge/freezer but have ice cubes flying out and cracking all over the floor EVERY TIME YOU OPEN THE DOOR! It is making me crazy!

We would recommend checking that the ice container is pushed back into place once ice has been collected. When pulling the ice out it may move the container some, allowing the ice to fall elsewhere.
