amazing spacious freezer

Do Not Buy Terrible Freezer

Purchased freezer and was delivered 7/31. The freezer and refrigerator have the trim kit so this looks like one unit. End of October freezer fails. Replaced on 11/5/19 the head exchanger, evaporator, filter drier and compressor. Thanksgiving evening the freezer goes down again. The policy is to "make sure" that the freezer isn't repairable.
Apparently not repairable. Brand new. Would think they would just replace.
Extremely unhappy - would never ever recommend.
I guess they go not stand behind their product.

Big improvement over older model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the freezer and refrigerator to replace the older 12 yr previous models. The old models were starting to show their age and my daughter and sister in-law recently purchased the same models. The units are taller than the older ones and the quality of the interiors, especially the LED lighting is very nice. Our biggest complaint is the amount of force required to open the door. The unit would slide forward and would have to push back. I had to screw a wood stop to the floor to keep them in line. I’m surprised the at this has not been corrected.

Louder than I expected compared to other fridges I have had. The doors can be hard to open. You have to hold one while you pull on the other. Overall though for the price, look and functionality you can’t beat it.

Love the size

Nothing but problems since installation. Have had no freezer for almost a month for a unit that is 3 months old. Bought to replace our 15 year old Whirlp**l Sidekicks (which were still working). Should have stuck with Whirlp**l.

Great freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the matching glass door frig- which I had been waiting to buy for a few years! So, I decided to purchase this freezer to match. I’ve only had it for 3 months...I like the look and it’s very spacious. Upright freezers can be organized easier and have more room! I definitely would recommend an upright freezer for the space and it’s been so much easier to organize and see all the items inside. Lots of space and I highly recommend!
