[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a combo set refrigerator/freezer about 6 weeks back. The 'look' is great in our kitchen. Freezer holding temp great. Refrigerator still being monitored for accuracy. Shelving and door storage is designed great. Lighting is excellent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is what sold me on the Professional series. Pros - I absolutely love this freezer and have the matching fridge. Mine are built in but love that they are separate units that could be at different places in the kitchen. The door seal is so strong sometimes it takes two hands to get it open. Love the interior lights - they are amazing bright and like how they dim. Cons - this was sold to me as a stainless steel fridge but is actually stainless over steel - I know this because a magnet will stick to it and will not stick to stainless (try it yourself). Also I get condensation on the outside of the freezer door when it's humid but not on the fridge door. I talked to customer support and was told this is normal. When I questioned whether it would rust the answer was " we would send you touch up paint" - you've got to be kidding! Also getting through to support took a long time

Door handles are not changable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the freezer/refrigerator set with the trim kit 5 years ago. The freezer had a sealed system leak and needs replace. The door handles on the current unit are completly different and are not changable to match the refrigerator. Therefore you have to replace both units to have a desirable look.

Received and installed this freezer along with the matching refrigerator and trim kit in December 2019. This is a beautiful set. Really looks amazing. I also love the layout and amount of storage. Exactly what I was hoping for. However, there are 2 major issues, that many people have commented on here. The freezer runs ALL THE TIME, and it runs for a very long time each time. I would say that in the average hour, it is running for at least 30-40 minutes of that hour, at least 2-3 times an hour for 15+ minutes at a time. One night, I timed it, and it ran from 10pm-10:43pm, and no one had opened the freezer in over 4 hours. I'm tempted to record just how much energy it is drawing on a daily basis, because I can't imagine it is meeting the energy star label that it came with. The other issue...it is LOUD!! It was noticeable for the first week or so, but over the course of the last month, I would say that it is progressively getting louder. If it only ran for 5 minutes at a time, this might be less irritating, but since it runs most of the day, it is really quite an annoyance. Unfortunately, I did not consider these complaints as highly as I should have when considering this purchase. I have seen these units in 3 other homes and I believed that the complaints were a rare occurrence. Maybe I was just unlucky. From what I can tell, there does not appear to be any real solution to these issues, but I would love to hear if someone complained and actually got a repair that corrected these problems. If we can't solve the efficiency and noise problem, I would not recommend this unit to anyone. Just to high of a chance that it will drive you crazy.
