Wanted to love it but unfortunately cannot recommend

Initially, I loved this freezer. The ice maker was producing multiple pans of ice in a 24 hour period. however, it suddenly stopped producing ice as frequently. Down to 1/2 pan of ice every 24 hours. I had a service call and they replaced the ice maker. Worked initially, then again, went down to 1/2 pan in a 24 hour period. Scheduled another service call. On the day of the service call, the repair shop called and said that Electrolux will not pay for the service call because it is working as designed - which is 1 pan of ice every THREE days. Seriously? In what world is that an acceptable level of ice production? Couldn't be more disappointed with Electrolux. It was because of the longevity and lack of problems with my central vacuum (Electrolux) that I went this route with refrigerator and freezer. I cannot in good faith recommend this product based on the service they now provide. I so wanted to love it.

10 months and broken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this freezer; however, it’s only 10 months old and it’s not working properly. Thankfully it will be fixed under the warranty, but it’s not looking good for long term reliability!

Great built in

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the set. Both together are a great value and look nice. Would be great if they had a filtered water feature, but not a huge issue. Also, they are a little loud for high end products. With today’s technology, these should be almost silent in my opinion.

Very glad I made this purchase, making these fit in the kitchen was the only hassle. We bought both Refrigerator and Freezer. We are a family of 5 plus a large extended family.

Fridgidaire Professional Freezer and Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed the Fridgidaire Professional individual upright Freezer and Refrigerator. We trimmed it with the EZ Trim Kit and WOW! It came out amazing. We also installed the range and dishwasher. But, the Fridge/Freezer combo Steals the show whenever guests visit. Looks great. Plenty of space. Icemaker is really fast. I am a builder and since my personal kitchen remodel, I have started using this in all of our high end homes. Great product and a Great conversation piece. Also, my wife and I love the spot resistant stainless finish. We have 4 kids and no prints...finally. Love it! Highly recommended.

Refrigerator and freezer purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking units. I'm happy with them, However, the compressors are noisier than I would prefer. Additionally, the magnetic door seals are so good at sealing the door that they are a little hard to open. If they were quieter, the leveling mechanism was easier to use from the front of the units, there was a mechanism to connect the freezer and refrigerator together (without the optional surround) and the doors were easier to open, I wouldn't hesitate to rate them as excellent.
