Interesting experience

I have had 3 of these in the last 3 months. The first one didn't make ice; the store replaced it with a new one. The second one made a loud, grinding noise every few hours; the store replaced it with a new one. The last one had a motor as loud as an airplane engine. I am awaiting the delivery of my 4th unit. My review of this unit was moderated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the soft zone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer works great. The ice maker is a plus. My daughter and I have a hard time reaching the ice maker since it's on the top shelf. I am 5'5". I love the drawer at the bottom we keep a lot of boxed items there and you are able to see exactly what they are. The soft zone is amazing, my daughter gets excited every time she gets ice cream and there are no crystals on the ice cream. Overall a great freezer.
