Dubious quality of Refrigerator FPRU19F8RFF

Unit purchased approximately 15 months ago and would not hold temperature - unit would freeze contents as low as 24 d F and would exceed thermostatic setting by as much as 10 d F. In short, (2) appliance service technicians from (2) different companies could not solve issue, despite component replacement. The last sensor replacement (2nd of same sensor replaced by appliance repair company #2) resulted in unit no longer cooling and food spoiling. aesthetically, unit looks nice mated with freezer only unit (so far this unit is working as normal) when trim kit is used.

Frigidaire Pro freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the freezer but there are a few features I believe could be improved. The soft freeze zone door does not stay closed. The other drawer keeps coming open whenever you open the freezer. The actual door to the freezer locks shut and is very difficult to open frequently. The last problem is that the ice maker is very slow. Sometimes only one piece of ice comes out at a time.

Space but moves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lots of space and storage and I can see and find everything. We don't need the back-up fridge/freezer. A little hard to reach the ice maker which is up high and there isn't an ice dispenser from the outside. Biggest complaint is that the suction to keep the temperature in the freezer (that part is great) is so good, that it's a tug on the door to open it and usually the freezer moves some. We often have to push the freezer back in. I'm still experimenting on the best way to open it with the least amount of movement - quick tug, pull, 2 hands where one is bracing on the frame of the freezer while the other hand pulls on the door.

Love the look of this fridge & freezer together. Although, they are not as deep as expected, they sttill hold a lot of food.

Love having a full size freezer. The ice machine isn't my favorite. It seems the arm that stops the ice from producing only works if you manually put it up.
