Refrigerator and freezer combo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a kitchen and bathroom designer, I bought two pairs of the fridge and freezer combo a month ago it was easy to install and lived up to my expectations. But I should be aware that the skin off the refrigerator stainless steel skin bubbles up to make the surface of the door look uneven at the top and the refrigerators were louder than expected other than that it worked perfectly it vacuumed out the oxygen just like a subzero and it gives a great built-in finish looked I love the pair and I will still give it five stars because I understood the value.

Noisy

Great Freezer But Ice Maker Broken From Day 1

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moved into our brand new home and love the look of this fridge and freezer with trim. Unfortunately the ice maker has been broken from the start. To make matters worse, the warranty claim was processed and new part was received, however, Frigidaire is not allowed to remove the trim and freezer from the wall. So they can’t install unless I get the company that installed it back out to remove and then reinstall once the new part is replaced. This seems pretty ridiculous to go through on a brand new item. The trim pieces that need to be removed are Frigidaire parts and then the fridge / freezer needs to slide out. The two units are linked together and would require more than just myself to do. Not a great process or experience. Otherwise would be 5 stars.

Love the I can see everything

Way too noisy...

We bought our newly constructed house two months, it came with the appliances already installed. This freezer/refrigerator is annoying - it is way to noisy. When it turns on to cool, the whining starts and is really loud. So much so, that you can hear it in the adjoining laundry room. Since we have a great room situation, we can hear it in the living room area. We had a Frigidaire technician come out - basically he said SOL. He called the Technical Service Department and they told him that there was nothing they would do. So we are stuck. NOT HAPPY...

Stopped working after 14 months TWICE

Bought a brand new unit and it quit working after 14 months. Of course that is just outside of the warranty period so we were on our own to fix it. Had it repaired and two weeks later the freezer stopped working again. Looks great, but apparently we got a lemon.

Freezer unit works great Refrigerator crapped out

It looks great and worked fine for 8 months then the fridge developed a leak and lost the freon. It was still under warranty and was fixed. Let's hope it keeps working. We purchased an extended 5 year warranty just in case.
