Just bought this yesterday and cleaned my dining room carpet. My house is old and so are the carpets. Extremely dirty! This cleaner worked wonders, the water was black! My only complaint is I feel like I was constantly emptying and filling it :( Also it doesn't rinse. After cleaning I went over it again, this time with only hot water and it rinsed out all the soap. Didnt like the fact that I had to do the room twice.

All I can say is "Goodbye Stanley Steamer!" I seriously won't have to have my carpet professionally cleaned anymore. This machine does a fantastic job of cleaning and removing stains. It is SO easy to use and easy to clean up. I am truly thankful I decided to buy it - this is a great machine!

I just got my new Bissell yesterday and cleaned my carpets today . This machine did an incredible job. And my carpet dried REALLY quick!! I am so happy with my purchase and what impressed me even more was how EASY it was to clean after i was finished using it. Everything was easily accessible to rinse and wipe out!! There was no work to it at all!!!!! LOVE it!!

This scrubber doesn't hold water. It leaks while in use and leaks while turned off. I couldn't take the tank off of the scrubber-water poured everywhere! I will be sending this back, I am extremely displeased with this purchase, especially for the price.

I have used a Bissell cleaning machine for many years. I decided after many years it was time to buy a newer model. I knew I would still purchase a Bissell brand as I liked the way my older one had worked. I can tell you that this new machine is wonderful. It cleaned my carpet and they look new again. I am very happy and would recommend this machine to anyone. Easy to use and I love the fact that I can see the dirty water coming back through the machine so I know when I have pulled up as much of the water and dirt as possible. Thank you Bissell for this amazing machine.

I was quite surprised to try this cleaner for the first time. From the minute we first started on our living room carpet, my wife and I could see a visible difference. And when we were all finished, the carpet we've been contimplating tearing up looked almost new again. We would higly recommend this cleaner to anyone who was looking for one. Two thumbs way up to Bissell for making this one!!
