I am very happy with the DeepClean Premier! Assembly couldn't have been quicker or easier. The unit feels very solid and the gaskets seem to be of great quality. I can see this one lasting a long time without any issues. The cleaning and suction performance is excellent! It holds a lot of water which is great for cutting down on refills between areas, but it does make the unit heavier. It's still comfortable to use and maneuvers easily, but takes a little more effort than I've been used to. Initially I preferred the ProHeat 2x's ability to measure and add shampoo separately for smaller jobs, but I really love how the DeepClean Premier's single tank and the components are designed to be cleaned very easily! No more musty smells or hard to reach residue trapped inside- much more sanitary! This is a great unit and the only improvement that I could think of is if it had a longer power cord. Thank you for a great product Bissell!

There is not enough space to tell you how GREAT this machine is! 3 years, 3 dogs, Washingtons rain and mud, cronic fibromyalgia, spinal stenosis and it was a breeze. We seriously thought we would have to replace our carpets, but when we saw how affordable this machine was we decided to give it 1 last shot, and OMG! Our carpet looks and smells BRAND NEW!!!! THANK YOU BISSELL!!! For making equipment that you don't have to be wealthy or healthy to use!!

My ProHeat 2x stopped spraying after the first time I used it. I got this as the replacement since the store I got it from no longer carried the ProHeat. This one is WAY better! I have 2 large dogs that shed like crazy. Even after vacuuming, this machine got up tons of ground in hair. I didn't have to change the tank near as often as my ProHeat and the cleanup was amazing since I was able to easily unlock off the front part that sucks (thus gets clogged with dog hair) and just rinse it off! The room I am doing will be for my first nursery and it was pretty gross. I'll do another run through since the dirt is so ground in, but the first pass alone did a fantastic job. Who knew our carpet was that color?! lol

This is the best cleaner that I have ever used. It has a larger tank for less refilling and faster cleaning. Very easy to use and assemble. Love the attachments to clean smaller areas where the cleaner can't reach. A must have for every home!

No features like heavy traffic, rinse or extra formula for stains. Very basic. I also found it doesn't have great suction. I hardly got any water back out of the carpet. It took over 7 hours for my soaked carpets to dry since it left so much water. It is also not as wide as my proheat 2.

Additionally, you can just fill the tank with water for a water rinse.
If your machine wasn't suctioning from the beginning, your carpet wouldn't dry quickly. Next time you try and use it make sure your tank is seated properly. If it isn't, you will have reduced suction. Feel free to contact us if you are ever having trouble operating your unit. Thanks again.

I won my deep cleaner from Bissell and I was so excited to use it! I have used it on the upstairs and downstairs carpet; one is the standard cut pile, the other is a multi level loop pile. We have all the common stains-traffic, food, pets, even stains from an ashtray falling. The machine was easy to assemble, but it was heavy once you add the solution and water. You do move the machine very slowly during the cleaning process and the machine is easy to move so the heaviness from the liquid isn't so bad. It did not get everything out, but definately made it look a lot better and refreshed. This machine does collect a lot of lint/hair and it ended up in wet clumps all over the floor, and it was a pain to clean the machine of all this at the end. I only used the formula that came with the machine, but am looking forward to trying the others (like for pets). This machine is worth it to buy and use on different carpets.

Wow! I love this machine! After renting steam cleaners and using a much less powerful home machine, this one is super! My carpets have become very laden with dirt and cat hair. This machine is making a huge difference in getting them clean! My favorite feature is the viewer of the water being sucked out of the carpet. I can see when I've gone over the carpet enough times to allow it to air dry! The carpet dries in just a few hours rather than a day or more with other machines. I bought this machine after the wonderful spot cleaning that my SpotBot has been doing the past two years.

I bought the Bissell deep clean premier (47A2 model) and it performed as advertised. Similar review as others which state the results as outstanding.I highly recommend it to any person who is hesitant as I was.This is truly a very good carpet cleaning product.
