I would highly recommend this cleaner. It does a fantastic job, even on older pet accidents. I couldn't believe how much of the old stains came out. Easy to use and clean.

My new carpet machine is great! To my surprise it even pulled Cat fur out of the carpet that I was not even aware of being there. The machine is very simple to opperate and not so clumsey that like other machine I have used, half way through the job you just want to get the thing out of the house. I have not used the spot attachment yet, but I think it will do a great job also.

We live on a ranch where irrigation and so on is always going on. Mud, mud and more mud. We had purchased two other deep cleaners that stopped extracting almost immediately. Our carpet looks BRAND NEW. Thanks - I'm actually having fun with hit. No kidding.

so I have had my deepclean for almost 2 years I have white carpet so I used to rent the carpet cleaning machine from my local grocery store every 2months and I thought it cleaned it pretty good boy was I wrong .we bought our bissell and wow !!!! It does such an amazing job and it dries alot quicker then any othet machine I've used and cuts the time in half we love it nothing has broke yet I would totally buy this again ..when ever it breaks...if it ever does lol

Problem with upper hose rack.

The hole that the screw goes in to attach the upper hose rack to the handle does not line up. Getting something like that wrong makes me reluctant to keep the machine at all and my first instinct is to just return it and save myself future hassle.

This steam cleaner did a fantastic job. I have champagne colored carpet throughout the house and have 4 dogs n 3 cats and a 6 yr old granddaughter. .. All I can say is WOW, i vacuum everyday, sometimes twice a day due to number of pets and I couldn't believe the amount of hair and dirt it pulled out of the carpet. The carpet looks brand new again. I love this steam cleaner and highly recommend getting one. Best purchase i ever made and at a reasonable price.

I really like this shampooer but it does not scrub the carpet as well as I would like. It took most of the stains out which is great but the other day I had to get out a brush and scrub it which I did not want to do. I was not sure I would like the tank on it with the plastic bag in it but it happens to be one of the favorite features. I did own a very expensive different brand shampooer and it never cleaned as well as this one plus the dog hair would clog it up so bad we would have to take it apart to get the hair out. Not so with this one. It places the hair where it is easy to clean. I really wanted the 2X Bissell but it was sold out and I did not want to wait around for it but I think this one is probably as good. I am also pleased with the price. Another thing that is great, it has the heat to help dry the carpet and the suction is so strong it gets the shampoo up very well. Carpet dried very quickly. I would have given this a 5 star had I not had to scrub the spot off the carpet the other day. It is really a good shampooer.
