worth the wait

I have owned a Bissell for 6 years and after much use was looking to upgrade and wanted to stick with this brand. My husband and I researched for weeks and read some reviews that concerned me on the models we were interested in but noticed an upcoming product that had many features I wanted all in one machine. VERY WORTH THE WAIT! I thought my previous model was amazing until I used this one on an area I clean once a month and as my daughter walked through she stopped and asked if I was whitening the carpet. A distinct difference in the carpet that had been washed and the carpet around it. RECORD TIME,usually it took 3 trips and 3 times as long to make sure all the water was up. MULTI FUNCTIONS WITHOUT THE HASSLE- I use to have to fill a compartment for the cleaner and then adjust if I wanted more or less or just water. If you want to do a water rinse you just dont add solution or less if you need less to the water. No adjusting if you want to use the hand tool is a plus,just simply put the handle in lock position and it is automatic. COMES APART TO CLEAN-was so frustrated at how dirty my other one would get and couldnt tear it down to clean it all the way and using a dirty machine doesnt feel like your cleaning well. FLOORS DRY FASTER-I was amazed at how much water it pulled back up out of the carpet and it was mostly dry in an hour where it would take most of a day. Because it pulls up more water it pulls out more of the dirty water and I feel my house is cleaner. Ease of use because of less controls and automatic switching, the tank last longer so less filling, better cleaning the carpets look new, quicker drying time and a much better setup for the cord and attachment wand. My previous one broke because it was in an awkward spot. Thoroughly impressed and will recommend every chance I get.

I love this product. I have a 23 yr old cat that sometimes doesn't make it to the kitty litter box and wow does he make a mess. The other day I came home from being gone 10 days my hubby didn't clean up after the cat and wow it was bad. I sprayed pretreat and was I amazed it all came up. I totally love this machine. I even use it on my tile floors with out the hard floor attachment and it works amazing. The only downside to this machine is the power cord is very short. I add an extension cord and this helps but I would prefer a longer cord. Other wise A+++ on this machine

My husband and I just want to say this Bissell machine was so easy to use, it was actually fun to clean our stairs, hallway, and bedroom carpets. I never thought we would say that about having to clean our rugs, but it's true. We have a wonderful dog, but when she was a puppy, she made quite a lot of "mistakes" on the rugs over the first year of training her to do her business outside. Some or her "mistakes" were really ground in by anyone stepping in them during the night when we didn't notice them until it was too late! We also had 2 small children that made the usual dropping food and drink incidents while growing up. We would use the better rug cleaners purchased at our local grocery stores, and had our rugs professionally cleaned a number of times. It was costly, so we decided to purchased the Bissell DeepClean Premier, Deep Cleaner, since the other store products, and rug services just didn't do the job up to our expectations. The Bissell machine machine cleaned our carpet and stairs to the point they actually looked new again! I also have to say it's a sinch to set it up, and you don't have to stop the Bissell to switch over to the hand held accessory to clean corners, stairs, and hard to reach places. This Bissell product has saved us a lot of money, and just one use paid for itself. When my sister and Mother in law saw our results, they were amazed, and wanted to borrow ours to clean their carpets. I told them they could definitely borrow it, but it was such a great price, they should purchase one themselves. They did, and they had the same results and comments! It is also very user friendly, to clean the Bissell parts in just minutes, after we finished using it. I have also used the hand held attachment to quickly clean my furniture too! Thank you Bissell, for having such a great rug cleaner, that we all consider to be a 5 STAR PRODUCT in every way. Sue

I love, love, love my new carpet cleaner. couldn't wait to get this out of the box! It was very easy to put together and simple to use. My carpets look amazing!!! I wish I would have took before and after photos because the difference is outstanding. I would recommend this product to all my friends and family.

This Is a great machine! It is very easy to handle, the tank is very easy to fill & empty (not messy to empty at all) I vacuumed the carpet twice before I cleaned & the deep clean premier still got a lot more dog hair out of the carpet. The carpet did not take long to dry. I only had to empty the tank 2 times & I cleaned 2 big rooms. Our carpet looks so good! I am so pleased with this machine I definitely will recommend this to everyone!

wont spray out water

I purchased the cleaner in oct or Nov of 2013. I have used it maybe 6 times. I have to say when it works it does a good job cleaning the carpet. I have to constantly pick the tank up and put it back on for it to spray water. Now no water will come out at all, and i'm fed up. I have done all the trouble shooting that i know to do. I hope bissell will take it back and give me a another one.
