I have two Labrador Retrievers and a light color carpet, need I say more? I had two, large, set in pet stains right in front of my staircase. Hand cleaning did nothing to improve the look or smell. I purchased this baby and boy did it deliver. The stains are gone and the carpet looks and smells like new. The directions were easy to follow and filling and emptying the tank was a breeze. Thanks Bissell!!

I truly love my new carpet cleaner. I have 2 girls ages 2 & 5, boy do my carpets get dirty. All in all I would definitely have my relatives and friends purchase this cleaner. Have not had any problems with this machine & it dries up my carpet pretty good considering it has a heatwave system. My carpets Look and feel great!

Double the work thanks to a Broken machine

I have owned this product for little over a year, however, I started having issues with leaking excessive water on the carpet for the past nine months. At first I thought maybe I overfilled the tank, but as time progressed the leaking got worse and worse. This machine now does its best job as a coat rack. This was my second bissel purchase and the second one that I have had issues with. I will never buy another bissel product again.
