It's the easiest machine I've ever used. It so easy to clean after. No tools need. The ones I've used in the past, I would have to use tools to take it a part to clean the brushes. Not sure if I like the tank in a tank. I can see some future problems. Mold in parts that I can't get to go clean and dry. But will see. I JUST used it for the first time. But there is more to do. I've never been disappointed in any bisse l product!

We cleaned the carpets yesterday with our new Bissell and the carpets came out so clean! We were going to rent one and decided to invest in one to own. This was a great decision. Now we can clean our carpets whenever we feel like it. Evidence, boy the water came back real brown! I think we'll clean them again next weekend to make sure they're extra clean!
