I was very happy with how my carpet looked and smelled, after using the cleaner. I have a dog in the house and 3 kids. I always worry if my house smells clean and fresh. The carpet looked great and the small dirt stain I had tried to get out before, was gone, by the door. It was easier to use than the ones I had rented before and got the floor cleaner. I would greatly recommend the Proheat 2X upright cleaner and the cleaning solution.

I made the mistake of buying a cream colored area rug with 2 kids, 2 dogs (one is a puppy! ) a cat, and a husband who works for the railroad. I finally couldn't scrub out the stains by hand anymore and bought the carpet cleaner. My youngest ran of of the room swearing to never wear shoes into my house again because it pulled so much dirt, animal hair and oil or of the rug. I love this thing and can't wait to use it on the rest of our carpets, especially where the new puppy has gone to the bathroom!

I have the older version of this model preheat premier I have used it regularly over a period of about 6 years now some 50 to 60 times and it still cleans as well now as it did when I first purchased it. Did a rug in the office of our church that everyone thought we were going to have to replace cleaned using my premier and it now looks almost new rug hadn't been cleaned in several years but my Proheat pulled the stains right up excellent carpet cleaner all you have to do is make sure you clean it thoroughly each time you use it works awesome and has for 6 years now in fact it cleaned the carpet in the office so well I was able to convince my church board to purchase the preheat 2x Advanced so we can keep the carpets there regularly cleaned buy a Bissell they work great as long as you keep them clean and store them properly in a warm closet not in a garage or shed where temps can dip below freezing love mine like I say 6 years old 50 to 60 times used to clean a variety of carpets and never replaced anything on it yet great product :)

I recently purchased this cleaner to replace a "Hoover" that was suffering from old age. I really liked a separate tank for clean and dirty water. This space saving option of a water bladder is very genius however adding cleaning solution directly to the water is kind of a pain. Soap and water makes foam, add water slow! I do believe the water and tank could have been larger. Seems like I'm constantly filling and emptying the machine. Also, the tank doesn't clip in or mount to the machine. It kind of just sits there. The weight of the water in the tank kinda holds it in place. Not a fan of this. Has great suction and the dual rollers get the carpet clean. The cleaner is kind of heavy when it comes to pushing and pulling. Gives you quite a workout. Straight forward and back is nice, trying to turn..not so much. Other complaints of the cord not be long enough..Truth. Constantly unplugging to move to a new outlet. Wish it had another 10 feet. Speaking of power..The on/off button is in an awkward place, sitting solo on the front of the machine. Should be located up on the handle. Cleanup is relatively easy, especially the removable cover to the rollers, very nice idea! Also, I notice less water leaks and puddles when removing and placing the tank compared to my old Hoover. To recap: Heavy cleaner with awkward turning. Short cord. Good power and suction. Pretty easy cleanup. Given the price of the cleaner and the overall performance, I'll give it the vote of confidence.

I ordered this online a couple weeks ago and havent had time to try it out until now! And it is amazing! I have a 7mth old lab who has made a mess of the carpet and is also starting to shed like crazy. I used first my bissell pet vac, then busted out this cleaner to attack the stains on the floor and attack it did!!! It sucked them right out of the carpet like it was nothing at all. the carpet looks brand new again, and smells so fresh and clean!! The only thing i have to complain about is it showed on the packaging it was suppose to come with a pet spray to spray on spots prior to cleaning and it didnt, i was kind of bummed! other than that this product is a must buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, I can not say enough about how great of a job my Proheat 2X Premier Upright carpet Cleaner did on my 15 year plus carpets. They look great. A neighbor stopped by a couple of days later and wanted to know when I replaced my carpets. I told them that I did not and I owed it all to my new Bissell carpet cleaner. I proceeded to show it to them and explain how easy it is to utilize and how well it cleans and helps in removing those stubborn spots. It worked so well that I have ordered another for my place in Florida. By the way my neighbor also purchased one. No regrets on this purchase, love it.

This product works great! It gives the carpet a really good deep down cleaning. It's easy to put together. It's great at removing stains. The carpet dries really fast with afterwards and is softer and smells good. My carpets looked new after one use! People who came to visit asked if I had new carpets installed.
