Pulls up carpet threads!

I LOVED my old Bissell ProHeat.... but this new one has ruined my carpet! It pulls up the threads on my berber carpet. I now have missing lines in my living room! Granted it has great suction! But my carpet looks horrible!

Hi Marg - We're sorry to hear this happened! Some Berber carpets have a tendency to fuzz with wear. Repeated strokes in the same area with an ordinary vacuum or deep cleaner may aggravate this condition. You might want to check with your carpet manufacturer for their recommended cleaning method.

don't suck up water the best probably only 25 percent of water used. it s real hard to roll on carpet. the cords a little short.

WHEN WE GOT THIS MACHINE, AND USED IT, WOW! WHAT A DIFFERENCE, IT REMOVED DEEP GROUND IN DIRT THAT OUR OLD MACHINE COULDN'T GET OUT. WE ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THIS MACHINE.

OWNED A HOOVER FOR 10+ YEARS/THIS MODEL IS WAY HEAVIER THAN OLD HOOVER AND HOLDS LESS FLUID/CORD IS TOO SHORT AND BLADDER IS HARD TO GET CLEANED OUT AND DID NOT REALIZE UNTIL AFTER USE THAT SO MUCH DIRT WENT IN THE AREA AROUND THE OUTSIDE OF THE BLADDER. NOT PLEASED WITH ALL AROUND PHYSICAL OF PRODUCT BUT SEEMED TO DO A DECENT JOB. OLDER PEOPLE NEED ALL THE ABOVE TO BE SIMPLER. WILL BUY HOOVER WHEN THIS IS REPLACED.

I traded in my Pro Heat 2 two years ago for an upgrade. In the beginning my Premier worked great. Now the sprayer won't work and it just leaks out of the bottom. I've only used it about 15 times. I strongly believe all of the parts are on the machine. When this machine works, it work great!
