I just purchased the Pro heat 2x this past week. Setting it up was a snap! Using it was very easy and to my surprise the first bedroom rug I did had more dirt in it than I thought. This machine was very easy to use and cleanup was very easy as well. I recommend to anyone having pets. Great Product!! Ronnie

Won't pick up water

I'm on my second cleaner. It starts off great, but a few years down the line it sprays unevenly and won't pick up the water. My carpet now has more dirt and stains from the dirty water settling on it. It's also very hard to clean it.

I've only had this cleaner not even 2 n Nowmonths and brought it because of name Now it won't even spay water I had another cleaner Bissel 8 years but this one has to many gaskets which I've noticed their gaskets where out quit ,but anyhow I'm dissapointed.
