Love this machine. It cleans very well. Dirt gone. Pet stains gone. We have 3 dogs and the occasional pet accident is no problem. I keep the machine in the laundry room. It takes no time at all to fill the tank and off I go. It's not too heavy. The suction power is awesome taking most of the moisture out of the carpeting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Powerful Machine Hindered by Impossible to Reach Areas

This cleaner is not only aesthetically pleasing on the eyes, but is a powerhouse in getting your carpets so clean you would almost think they were brand new (provided it is not permanently ruined prior)/. The heater is definitely a nice added touch and it handles well and is not too bulky. The one downside to the machine is one that seems to be a common attribute to carpet cleaners: almost impossible to clean areas where the plastic encases where dirt and debris may build up.

The machine cleans well and is great for the home. The only complaint it that the tank take s a few tries to fit perfectly on the machine but once its placed properly, your carpets will be clean.

I wish it had a separate tank for the solution. Now I have to empty the tank to fill it with plain water in order to rinse the carpet. Double work.

This bissell is way better than other one I had and I thought that was good. I have one of the thickest polishes carpetscand this cleaner gets the dirt out fabulously. I am happy with it. I cleaned my sons carpet this year and it got all of the dirt and stains out and all of the dog hair right out of the carpet. I like the idea of solution mix with water in internal bladder so no leaks like my other one I had. This is awesome and doesn't use all of the solution before I have to dump which is great for me since I do one room at a time. Also the track of the foot comes off so you can clean all of the carpet fuzz and anything else really easy. Luv this one
