[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ProHeat 2X I love it!! This was easy to put together and easy to use. I didn't have to fill it up and empty it as often as my other one. It kept the water warm and had to good suction to it, didn't take long for my carpets to dry. Easy clean up afterwards too which is always a plus!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Reservoir cleaning is horrible. dirty water gets on the bladder for the clean shampoo water. not in but on the bladder. it does not steam for the heated water. the hose for the pre-cleaning drags wont stay in place. But as far as the cleaning it does great however again does not heat. But the empting of both bladder and dirty water is horrible!! yes I do use the empting plugs I will not buy another Bissell until I checked this out. I wish I would have taken it back.

It is hard trying to find a well built machine to handle the difficult stains kids and pets leave behind. I recently purchased this one and I am Gerry happy with the results. Within a 24 hour period one of my children got sick and the cat marked a nearby spot. Even better was the very high temperature the next day. Armed with this machine, the professional cleaning solution and something for my nose to cover the smell the job was tackled quickly and efficiently. The carpet was dry within a reasonable amount of time and I just purchased the hard floor attachment to have an excuse to do my kitchen and basement floors.
