I bought the machine to clean pet mess, and boy it did a great job. The carpet looks great, and boy the machine is so easy to clean. Just take it apart and clean, you get all the hair and dirt out by just rinseing it off. I love this machine!

You had the birthday and I got the present. My rug needed attention. Bought your cleaner on Monday it arrived on Friday and cleaned the rug on Saturday. Easiest thing I ever did and boy am I glad. I received this about two weeks ago. It is very easy to use. It cleaned my carpet very well. I could not get over how much dirt was sucked up. My son even loves to use it. I do wish it came with more attachments and that the sample shampoo was bigger. I only got two uses out of the bottle. We like that it has only one switch. Our last deep cleaner had a dial on it and it made things confusing. Also we like that the soap and hot water go in the same container. Keep up the good work Bissell

This machine cleans like a dream. I decided to give it a good test by trying it on some carpet stains that I had previously thought to be permanent. First, it easily removed a stain of unknown origin (probably there when we moved in) that a professional steam cleaning did not touch. I also used the deep cleaner to remove a series of chocolate, rust, and pet stains. I then used the hand attachment to remove years of grime from the carpet runner on our stairway. I couldn't believe how much dirt came up. I intended to try the deep cleaner on my automobile seats, which also seemed hopelessly stained. This being winter, I decided to use the hand held attachment on our SpotBot Pet Deep Cleaner instead. Again, the stains came up. I suspect that the Deep Clean Premier would have done an equally good job. Both are great products!

In past, we have rented carpet cleaning machines, hired professional cleaners, and finally purchased a Bissell. Nothing compared to the results we got with the Bissell--we were amazed. Carpet is cleaner than it has ever been. Also, drying time was markedly reduced. Totally thrilled with this machine!

I am very pleased with this Deep Clean machine. It does an excellent job on getting out pet stains. I am also impressed with the cleaning products, especially the pretreat solution. It is very easy to clean the machine after each use. I would highly recommend this product.

I bought this cleaner about a month ago and I am amazed at the performance! Always used rentals and they just didn't clean like I expected. Was very reluctant to purchase a cleaner just for that reason but decided to give it a whirl. This is a cleaning machine that will have you doing the happy dance. We have two big dogs and the couch was their bed. Did not believe any cleaner would clean the stains and pet hair but I got to tell ya...our couch looks like it did the day we bought it 6 yrs ago. It not only wiped away the stains and pet hair, our couch smells great as well. You can not go wrong with this purchase...go ahead, don't be scared buy it, you'll be glad you did! BTW our bedroom carpet looks brand new as well! (Ps..dogs lost their bed:)
