I received this amazing carpet cleaner. I found the machine to be very easy to use as well as cleaning the machine. Immediately while i was using it I found that it cleaned the carpet better than my old one. The reservoir was easy to remove and fill, as well as emptying the dirty water. The carpets look super amazing. The overall product is better than anything on the market. All I can say is thanks Bissell, you have made my carpet cleaning days much easier. I recommend this machine to all It is awesome.

After I did some quick research on-line, I ran out and bought this cleaner. I was in the middle of cleaning my carpets when the motor on my old Bissell finally gave out (that machine was 10 years old). Boy, was I thrilled with the results when I got this new machine home and finished cleaning the carpets - I even went back over what I had cleaned with my old Bissell. All I can say is YUCK! (Because we are sensitive to chemicals in my house, I did not use the enclosed samples of Bissell cleaner. Instead I used an eco-friendly non-toxic floor cleaner that also did the job well.) The dirt that this new machine pulled out of the carpet turned the water in the tank black and now my carpets look almost new! I even went over my kitchen tile with the new Bissell to see how it would clean hard floors. I am amazed how the efficiency of the machines have changed over the years. Honestly, I should have gotten rid of my old Bissell years ago and bought a newer model. My only complaints are it does not get all the kitchen tile because it is too large to get under the kitchen cabinets. I also noticed dog hair building up in the suction area of the machine just past the rollers (even though I vacuumed before hand). Fortunately, unlike the older model, I was able to remove the cover over the brushes and easily clean out the dog hair build-up....definitely a nice feature. Oh, and, the cord could be longer. So far, I am happy with this machine.

My girlfriend never cleaned her carpet in 5 years, so I purchased this Bissell machine on Friday and did her carpets. First off it was very easy to put together, and the job it did even surprised me. The one carpet in the living room was so dirty I though for sure she would have to buy a new one, but the Bissell came thru and did a wonderful job.

Greate product.. Had a Hoorve , dose not compare. old one was 13 years. need a new carpet cleaner. The only thing " THE COARD" Not Long enough.. same withe the vaccume...Plesae make the cored longer....

Out of the box, just attach the handle and it is ready to use. Put in required cleaner, fill with hot water. That's it. Cleaning upholstery is easy with the hose attachment. Just press the trigger to spray the cleaner and scrub and vacuum all in one motion. Carpets are easy too. Just press the trigger for the cleaner and the brushes do the rest. Great machine.

Having a toddler and dog, I always worked hard to keep my carpets clean and looking like new. Upon using the product, I couldn't believe how much grime was in my seemingly-clean carpets. On top of being thorough, this product extracted a great deal of water, leaving my freshly-cleaned carpets practically dry.The only downfall is this product is rather heavy, due to the large water reservoir being full. This product is highly recommended and well worth the money.

This product was really easy to put together, and pretty user friendly. I used it on my high traffic areas and it works fairly well. My only complaint is I wish the dirty water emptied into its own chamber.
