The machine works great. It really cleaned my tile well. However, I am not sure how I feel about the tank with the bladder inside. The dirty water goes back in the same tank to surround the bladder. When trying to empty the tank, the clean water in the bladder comes out as well. I used the bare floor attachment which worked quite well until the the little rubber squeegee piece came off. This was the first time I used it.

Just purchased this machine today. Used it right away and it did a fabulous job! Easy to assemble; easy to use. The carpet looks great, dried quickly. Wish I'd purchased this product years ago.

Wow my carpets never looked better, my carpet looked so stainec up and dirty that i was embarrassed to have company over not anymore our carpet looks like new and so clean, its very easy to use , the only thing I dont like is the trigger button, it pinched my finger when I was shampooing. And the cord needs to be longer, other than that i love it! Will recommend to friend's.

I love this carpet cleaner!!! It was very easy to put together. Instructions were to the "T"! It is 1 in the morning so I decided while hubby was sleeping that I would clean the carpets. I was so surprised by how quiet this machine runs compared to others that I have used in the past. So simple to run & I love how easy it glides over the carpet. The water source holds a great amount of water. Only had to refill once. The suction is fantastic! My carpets are drying very quickly. I am really amazed at how well it cleaned the old pet spot from my carpet, refreshed it & made it look new again! Thank you for making such an awesome carpet cleaner. I will have to tell my daughter about this machine. She works for the SPCA of Texas & has lots of animals at her house! Super Machine- Bissell Deep Clean Premier! Will be happy when I wake up to refreshed carpeting! Goodnight!!!!

I got my new Bissell and it was so humid, I waited until it was nice so I could open the windows. But it was worth the wait, my carpets look cleaner than when I bought this house!! Thanks for making a good machine!

We adopted a shelter dog in June who had been caged her whole life, needless to say, housebreaking has been challenging. This carpet cleaner has really helped alot. My carpets look so much better. It was very easy to put together and use, and the pet formula shampoo was very helpful.

I had another brand of cleaner. We had cleaned most of the carpets with the other brand. They looked pretty good but for some reason my daughter and I decided to try and get another cleaner. We brought the Bissell home and used it and the portion we used it on really looked great. It brought the nap up and made the carpet look like new. So we went back and redid what we had already done. Just love this carpet cleaner!!!!!!!

Bissell continues to produce better products. I love the company. Think of all the money we save using these. Rental machines don't come close to the results these bring!( I tried them once and the disappointment, mess and soggy carpets were horrendous.# A few uses and you pay it off. As mentioned; I have owned four Bissell carpet cleaners. I started with the "Big Green Clean Machine", way back . My next was the "Spot Scrubber"; now I still own the "Proheat" with the floor cleaner and all attachments; # It is stuck in a storage unit right now. I used it on a cat-urine soaked carpet my daughter owns and it cleaned and deodorized it beyond bellief.# Finally; I purchased this "Premier" model, since I liked the sound of the ten- brush cleaning, for really getting down deep.) I "test drove" it yesterday and was AMAZED at the result. My runner carpet # which gets most of the traffic with two dogs coming in and out and bringing the sand in) was filthy after the winter. I tried this new one for the first time; and by FAR it outshines every one prior. The best part; the rug was almost completely dry except for some minor dampness when I finished. The dirty water in the tank was the only clue I had actually cleaned it! I left it outside for an hour and was able to bring it back in ! I had to keep feeling it to believe it! AWESOME!!! Now it looks brand new. KUDOS to Bissell for continuing to prove that they are number ONE in providing consumers with quality "workhorse" carpet cleaning systems. I wouldn't choose anything else.
