We brought the cleaner home and immediately cleaned our bedroom floor to get the pet dirt and accidents off the floor, the liquid went down great, but none came up so all we did was make mud under the carpet, we took it back the same day.

The worst steam cleaner that Bissell has ever produced.

Those that have used the ProHeat 2X know exactly what I mean. The DeepClean Premier is a horrible deep cleaner. The bladder is very hard to handle, does not have a rinse feature and leaves a huge mess when you try to change/empty it. Waste a lot of cleaner down the drain when you try to empty the dirty water. Handle release way too high. On/off button way too low and hard to reach. Cord too short, even though it advertises longer cord. Not enough suction to clean carpet. Stains show through no matter how often it is cleaned. Does not remove pet odors. Carpet looks worse once it is dry than before I cleaned it. Very heavy and cumbersome to operate. Does not go around corners easily and very hard to use in small areas. Bissell refuses to accept that this a very bad product and replace it with a Proheat 2X. The only good thing is the removable floor nozzle.

Received the product a couple weeks ago, Easy for husband to put together and he mentioned if we want to transport, not hard to do. Great product, easy to use. I was amazed at how well it deep cleaned. Am happy to recommend for families with kids, pets or just like having a clean carpet. I originally learned about bissell carpet cleaners when a friend recommended I purchase portable due to an elderly pet. I purchased the little green last fall. Sadly, my pet is no longer here, however I still recommend Little Green as it will still be handy for "quick" cleans.

I am disappointed. I loved my Bissell Pro Heat 2. This new one is just not as good. It is alright, I liked the old one a lot more.

I bought this because my Hoover spin scrub wasn't doing the job. I found this to be easy to use and I love the fact that there is only one tank, not two. So much easier to fill and empty. It cleans wonderfully. I have five cats and a small living space and it really gets the job done.

This is my 3rd carpet cleaner. I purchased this one online due to the reviews that were posted. I have used it to clean all of the carpets in our home, and large area rugs. With the spot pre treatment everything came out. I am so happy I do not have to call in a professional company anymore.

I miss the rinse feature!

I just replaced my ProHeat 9200 with a Deep Clean 47A2. I liked the weight of this machine but was disappointed in a number of features. The cord is too short. It does not turn a corner easily. It lacks a tool that can reach the baseboard edge which drops off a little. The dust that collects there is still there after cleaning even with the hand held attachment. But, the feature I miss most is the ability to switch from a cleaner + water setting to a just water setting. This machine also is a carpet only shampooer and I miss the hard floor setting that I found so convenient to use on tile flooring.

Additionally, you can do a water rinse by just filling the tank up with water and not adding the cleaning formula. Hope this helps. Thanks again.
