I've been wanting a Keurig for a long time. Mother in Law bought the V500 as a Christmas gift. All was good until today when it quit working. Sounds like the pump is bad
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Pleasing Roast, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor
Cons: Only Lasted 1 Month

Misleading potential

I love the machine itself, but this has become the biggest hassle and I regret purchasing it. I do not recommend buying this product. Do your research before you do. I would much rather have a k-cup machine. The lack of variety in store is astounding, because o stores sell it besides certain Walmarts, and even if you find somewhere that does sell them, they only have one flavor (and not even the "cafe" kind). So unless you want to order online every month and pay an extra $20 for s&h, I recommend you check to see if you're the lucky few who lives in an area that sells them near.

Took It Back and Got a Normal Keurig

I was excited about purchasing this machine to make lattes, but the sales rep did not feel the need to tell me that you cannot use the regular K-Cups and instead you have to buy the Vue K-Cups. I am having trouble finding Vue K-Cups in my area, and I should not have to pay extra to purchase these coffees online. I am taking this back and getting a normal Keurig.

Can only use vie packs

Missed the fact that can't use other paks. That ridiculous. There are thousands of options with the k-paks. I spend top dollar on the vue and can't use most of your paks. Waste of money

Doesn't come with all the accessories

I love it for company and you never have to worry about wasting a pot of coffee or the coffee getting old in the pot. I DISLIKE that you cannot purchase a basket to use your own brand of coffee in this...They offer it for the other brands but not for this one.
Pros: Convenientno Waste
Cons: Flavors Not Good

HARD TO GET VUE CUP"S

Can not find VUE cup's in any store. Have to order online and pay shipping. Stores have all kinds of k cup's. Would not buy VUE maker. Would buy K cup maker.

Keurig Vue V500

My Keurig Vue was a replacement for a Cuisinart single serving coffee maker. The Cuisinart allowed you to save your coffee size and temp settings, the Keurig does not allow you to save those settings. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
