Don't buy its junk

I have had 2 of these in the last 6 months both stopped working within a few months.

You can not find vue cups any where last time I ordered on line, and that was a positive, fast service. Had a special of free shipping. None of the grocery stores carry the vue cup, I found them at a discount store in the department where they sell the coffee makers, now they don't even carry the new improved keurig vue. I would never have purchased this machine if I had known I had to do online ordering to get my coffee. Plus it is not accurate at dispensing the chosen amount, example you can choose from 8 oz to 16 oz, You get 8 oz but all other choices are short on amount. Very disappointed. Have had for only six months, Iam sure the company will not take this machine back.
Pros: Was Advertised As Better, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body
Cons: Can't Find Vue Cups

Great machine but lack of options

This machine does a great job of brewing. My only complaint is the lack of VuePacks to choose from. K-Cup has so many more, it would be nice if that were the case for Vue. It's also hard to find them at stores, we have to drive to the mall to get them. If you are a tea drinker there's even less to choose from.
Pros: Love The Latte Option

Love The Keurig Vue 500

I love my Keurig Vue 500! I don't always want a full pot of coffee, especially in the evening, so the Keurig has came to my rescue!!!! No more wasting coffee! I do wish the Vue 500 had a refillable pod :(
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Smooth Taste, Pleasing Roast, Not Bitter, Balanced Acidity, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor

I would buy this product again and again

I use this at home. I love everything about it the only thing I don't like about it is that you can't use the k-cup packs for the vue coffee maker. I would love to see a way that you could use the k-cup packs in the vue maker.

Pro.= good coffee. Have only made 1 cup so far with Vue Pack.. Cons= Replaced Mini with this model.....10 oz. was not enough. As I only drink a cup of coffee in the morning, I prefer not having to let water sit in reservoir overnight or longer. Fresh water makes a better cup of coffee. Also, Mini had an auto 90 sec. shutoff feature. V500 minimum program shutoff is 1 hour. No My-Cup available for V500 and no drawer type storage as there is for regular K-Cups.

Not Performing as Sold

My kids bought me the Keurig V500 for Christmas. They had put a lot of research into the different options and ultimately opted for the V500 because of its versatility – the retail salesperson sold them on the idea that not only will the V500 brew Vue pods – which we all know are somewhat limited in variety and hard to find – but, with the right after-market adapter, it will also brew K-pods and regular ground coffee. So they set me up with the V500, the third-party adapter, and a carousel. I am now on my third machine. The pumps keep going bad, after ~2-3 weeks each at ~4-8 cups per day. After the first one stopped working Kuerig sent me a replacement immediately. After the second one went bad, the customer service rep informed me that brewing anything other than Vue pods is a REALLY bad idea – that brewing regular coffee with the third-party adapters is breaking their machines right and left, and that brewing K-pods in adapters is even worse! So much for versatility. I said perhaps they should get that word out... They went ahead and sent me a third machine, but I haven't even taken it out of the box.

Stick with k-cup brewer

Hard to get the vue cups locally, everything has to be ordered online....all the stores carry are the k-cups! It is one big hassle when all you want is a simple cup of coffee!
