Disappointed poor selection options

Kuerig supplies the Vue to all the right stores, but what about the coffee pods!? I have looked all over... They are alway out. The selection of flavors as well as the price is laughable. What about using my own coffee? where is the reusable filter for that? Keurig quit gouging customers and start supplying them with the product. Your a disappointment. I'm going back to a single serve that doesn't gouge and supplies are in abundance and that does not carry the Keurig name.

Not Disappointed! Love IT!

I was skeptical when I first purchased my V500, So far I have brewed all my sample cups and so far I love the machine! I only have one complaint about it and that it should include a reusable vue pac. But I love my machine and my children got the biggest kick out of the hot chocolate that came in the Sample pack. They just couldn't get enough of that same as I just can't have enough of my coffee all day everyday.
Pros: Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Pleasing Aroma, Smooth Taste, Balanced Acidity, Pleasing Roast, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Not Bitter
Cons: Needs Reusable Vue Pacs

pump problem

after 3 months the pump sounds like it is clogged. gonna try to take it apart in order to get max life out of the pump. from what I have read it seems like the pump dies quick, like within 6 months of owning it. it should last for years !

Newer ISN'T better . . .

Kurig needs to go back to the drawing board on this one! JUNK, JUNK, JUNK! Received a Vue for Christmas. Managed to brew six cups of coffee and then the pump wouldn't work and the brewer would "go back to the beginning". After going thru all the trouble shooting in the directions, I Called Kurig and had a replacement sent, which I received 2 days later (prompt service!) However, I requested to exchange the Vue for their original K-Cup brewer (same price as the Vue) and Customer Service said they didn't have the authority to make the exchange and that they would have Corporate call. Never received Corporate's call. After receiving my replacement Vue brewer, the pump stopped working after another 6-7 cups. I ended up taking the Vue back to the retail store where it was purchased and made the exchange (along with the carousel). No questions, no hassel (and I didn't even have the box for the carousel!) As for the original K-cup brewer. . . stick to what you do best and "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
Cons: Defective Pump, Limited Coffee Inserts

love my vue 500

my boyfriend bought me a keurig for our anniversary because he knew I've been wanting one for a long time now. I drink at least 3 cups min a day and he loves coffee in the morning on the way to work and hot chocolate at night time. the vue has been nothing but amazing for us. I have to say after reading all the reviews I was a little worried I considered returning it to get a k-cup. I decided not to. I only use bottle water in my vue. yes, having to order the vue cups is a pain, but I finally found a few stores that carry them and have tons of varieties.a very happy vue owner!!!

did not last a year. Most stores do not have the vue coffee portions only the k cup portions. I would not even recommend this piece of garbage to my ex wife.

Really Was Hoping For Great Results

Ugh! So disappointed!! We researched the pros & cons of the K-Cup vs. the Vue packs & decided we really liked the versatility of the Vue, although we knew the selections of Vue cups were limited. When we discovered that there is an adapter that we could put K-cups in, we were sold! We purchased it immediately after that, & within 2 maybe 3 weeks of using it, it just stopped, completely! It was acting funny for a day or two (louder, not filling cup) so we cleaned it, but to no avail. Thankfully, Keurig is great about replacing, so we received our 2nd one shortly after. Ugh! Two to three weeks later after receiving new one, SAME THING! Wish they could send me something else, but no, my 3rd one is on the way. Going to try not using adapter this time, but have already purchased a K-cup machine.
Cons: Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body, Roasted Too Light
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would not buy the Vue Keuig again

Vue cups hard to find, no way of using regular coffee buying on line ends up being pricie when you add shipping.
