You can't go wrong with the V500

It is a great product with an extensive list of packs to brew any kind of coffee product.
Pros: Balanced Acidity, Pleasing Roast, Not Bitter, Pleasing Aroma, Smooth Taste, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor

Perfect brewer for small spaces

My kitchen real estate is not big on counter space so the V500 is perfecct. Love the way you can program the brewer to make your coffee hotter and stronger. I like French roast, particularly Starbucks. So easy and so flavorful! It surprised me how much the Starbucks vue coffee pods taste like the real thing. I don't think you can tell the difference. I use 2 packs of Truvia sweetener and a little half and half and there you have it...the perfect cup of coffee.

Like this product very much. I would like to be able to buy the Vue Packs in grocery stores. Larger Selection available.

Ok this is a great machine its hard to get vue cup coffee at the local grocery store or walmart but large variety on keurig website when you place the order superfast shipping and a few days later you are enjoying your coffee. Good customer service. very simple to use. Makes great coffee

I love the vue. It's really easy to use....however we can not find vue packs anywhere except online and that is not cool! Every where sells k-cups but never vue packs. Also alot of the coffee we have tried is to strong!! Needs to be more varitey and easier to buy the vue packs!!

Amazing coffee machine! Makes the freshest most flavorful coffee ever and the choice of larger sizes is a huge plus and doesn't compromise the taste. We have a regular keurig at work and although it's great it doesn't make a good cup of coffee past 8 oz. and certainly not as strong as the Vue. Definitely recommend the Vue over the regular Keurig. I'm so in love with mine!

Great!.....WHEN it worked

This was my first keurig and we loved it. It brews quickly, quietly, clean and hot. The size options are really great too. Unfortunately a month after purchase, it began to make noises and not brew anything. I cleaned it according to the manual to noavail. Return to the store was quick and I came home with a new Vue. And a month later it stopped brewing properly. The cups would explode inside, grounds everywhere and only half the measurements brewed. I cleaned it again but it did not work. I finally brought it back and got a different model. SO disappointed...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
